The Evangelion of the Madoka but for the otokonoko genre:

A couple decides to raise their boy as a girl in order to prove gender is a social construct. However, the boy comes off as very tomboyish as he grows up, since its clear he's supressing his needs and tastes because of their parents. Secretly feeling depressed as soon as 11, meets an older boy who falls in love with him. MC is not gay tho' so he really isn't interested, and besides doesn't want to dissapoint the older boy since he's not really a girl. The thing is, the older boy has known for a while and confesses that fact. Since the parents put pressure on the MC to act like a girl, he starts dating the older boy and actually falls in love, only to find later the boy is a trap fetishist when they're spending time in his room and the mc happens to find his porn.
A few months after tho', the MC voice starts to crack because of puberty...

MC is a total piece of shit and just a general asshole to everyone. One morning he wakes up in the bodies of one of the girls he bullies for being shy and quiet and generally just not having a very feminine body. For the next week, he lives her life getting bullied by his old self, and lackeys. During this time, he tries to tell them that who he is and what is going on but this just makes them bully him more and calling him insane.

The MC wakes up in his old body and comes to terms that he is a giant asshole and having felt what it was like to be bullied and tries to be good to people. All his friends stop being his friend because they think he is now weak.

The Shy Girl still hates him but sees him has trying to be a better person. But keeps to herself because she is shy.

Other students start to be more friendly with MC and they laugh and start to have fun, MC still feeling bad/wants to help shy girl open up and become more social, so MC invites the shy girl out on group dates.

Slowly he develops feelings for shy girls only to be turned down hurt. After she starts to open up. She ends up with some chad, who makes her happy and MC is devastated. MC ends up dating some other girl who he was able to make amends with.

He keeps working on being a good person, and a few years later he meets up with the shy girl again who has now blossomed into a beautiful woman and now works at a diner. MC goes to the diner every day and talks with her and eats his lunch to talk with her. They get to talking about the past, and she has forgiven him over drinks one night and she tries to kiss him. She is too drunk to get home on her home, so MC carries her home on his back. She wakes up with a note from MC saying that he is not good enough for her. She doesn't see him at the diner anymore. She then starts to look for him, and she can't get MC out of her mind, but it seems he has moved on.

She ends up finding him and expresses her feelings to him, and they kiss.

Setting's a semi-modern society where everybody's connected via a hivemind. Although individuality exists, your thought process is automatically shared through a "mental internet" for everybody to experience. In this alternate society, this mental internet's existed since the dawn of man. A very rare birth defect disconnects people from this "mental internet", and those with this defect fall behind in society and forgotten (they effectively function like real, regular human beings). Each episode focuses on the lives, struggles and troubles of various unrelated people with this rare defect in the same city. Small things start to tie and connect their storylines and daily lives together.

Their friends can see what's going on, and tell them, but both mc and childhood friend don't want to take the step. mutual friends start to set up group dates for them one night, after drinking a bit too much childhood friend lets slip her feelings for MC. MC confesses and they kiss. A few years later they are married with kids. the end.

Mankind is on a death spiral and the single government that rules the solar system is scrambling for a solution to keep things together.

A revolutionary breakthrough in technology however seemingly solves all of mankind's problems. With interstellar space travel impossible, mankind instead finds a way to travel to parallel universes or other realities, which are simply copies of the main universe with slight differences. Our main universe, luckily enough, is the only universe that invented a means of travelling to other universes.

After centuries of bloody conflicts, the main universe conquers, and enslaves tens upon tens other universes and uses their Earths, Marses, Moons as a means to feed resources into their civilization, and quickly become much more advanced than their slaves who devolve into poverty shitholes.

Our MC is a qt officer girl from the main universe, stationed in a slave/concentration camp on an alternate universe Mars to keep the peace and keep the slaves in line. MC is a highschool loner that gets transported regulary into various alternate worlds as a "Guardian" to ensure the story there goes as it should be and avoid the "Dark Karma Tree" to spawn, which will mark that reality for deletion, he's fucking tired of it and decides to transfer this responsability to the plain glasses girl who sits behind him at class when she accidentaly gets transported along with him in one of his missions.
