Couldn't believe how much I enjoyed this series.

Casshern is bad, and the only good thing about is the artstyle.

Knew nothing about the series and it was a surprise alright. Shame Crimson Moon wasn't nearly as good, but at least movie was A+ and 2nd season is on its way.

Went in expecting a CG shitfest low budget aborted car crash and was amazed at just how good it was as a story when you could accept the animation for what it is.

The first time it suddenly had CGI, I was totally blindsided.
Then it turned out that it was actually quite good, and the rest was fun too. The songs were also cool.
And dude, everything was so fucking cute.

Shame about the second season being so unfocused, though. And it started so well.

HOTD and Maid Dragon I kept putting off because I thought they were going to be "wacky" mindless "fun" SoL shows but they were both much more than that. I can't believe how much of HotD goes over peoples' heads because they cant get over the fact that theres fanservice in it. And Maid Dragon was just a pleasant show about a really interesting and relateable MC and family values and stuff

Master of Martial Hearts sounds like utter shit from the synopsis, Ikkitousen but worse but I was pleasantly surprised to find out it was Ikkitousen but better.

Right? If you just take the Shoujo in stride, the actual story is really enjoyable. Plus the animation/soundtrack are top notch.
