Actually, almost all the effort is in translating. Actually just patching text into the ISO is the easiest step. The reason you don't see romhacks of these youtube translations, is because the fags who make them get triggered if you do it and complain DO NOT USE MY TRANSLATION FOR A ROMHACK. Same thing happened for the Steins;Gate rabu rabu game.
