Make it just about a bunch of cute monster girls instead of a self-insert fantasy where the MC is perfect in every way and everyone falls in love with him immediately and all other men in the world are pathetic jerks without any redeeming qualities because god forbid there's any competition for the MC in getting dry-humped by his harem of pure kissless virgin pure-hearted pure girls.

Remove the harem aspect. Either just have Miia as the sole romantic focus, or present the series like Crab's original one-shots, with different identical brothers for each girl.
Give the girls more depth than just one single played out character archetype each.
Put more focus into portraying the cultural and physical differences and challenges the MGs have to overcome, and how they adapt to living in a changing human society.
Stop drawing them like twigs with balloons on their chest. This goes double for Tio. She's a big strong oni, at least give her some slight muscle definition.

It's just what I think I'd like to see, personally.

Don't get me wrong, I love Suu and I think she's a great comic relief, but... that's it. There are too many characters already, developing her would hurt the work even more.

In fact, to be honest, I'd rather see most of them put on a bus. Restrict to three main girls, but DEVELOP THEM PROPERLY.
