Why are there so many Mexicans in anime?

The same reason so many Americans, Brits, Germans, Chinese, French, Canadians, Russians, Brazilians, Africans who either speak perfect or weirdly accented Japanese (but speak Japanese nonetheless) even though they are never laughed at behind their backs by native speakers and despite never in their backstory having set foot into an intensive immersion Japanese language school. For the lulz and plots.

Also why hardly any Korean or Filipino characters? Why the fuck do all kinds of intergalatic aliens speak Japanese and able to read and write hiragana,kanji and katakana?

I am Guatemalan and I've only see a few hispanics in anime in my entire life. There's Chad and then there's that Brazilian guy from A Silent Voice.

When mexico sends its people into anime, they're not sending their best. They're bringing drugs, crime and some, i assume are mediocre at best.

Rivalry between them, it has to do with some butthurt from some ancient wars hundreds of years ago that the rest of the world ignored but is important to Korean and Japanese history. Oh and WWII with North and South Korea being created didn't help either.
