Do you consider Phantom Blood to be good?
I have a soft spot for it.
Phantom Blood shines when Jonathan & Dio share screentime.
It's a product of its time and it shows. That being said, it starts off very well so it has the potential to hook you in enough that you sit through the entire journey to Dio's castle which is tied with everything before Egypt in part 3 for most terribly boring sections of the series.
At least the anime adaptation is somewhat more bearable in this part.
Yeah.
yes but only for speed wagon

Part 1 > Part 2 > Part 3 > Part 4

It's fun, and supremely worth it to get to later parts

Better than the slog that is part 6. Seriously, gay priest is the only saving grace of 6.

It's unironically my second favorite part.

This is only correct if you're talking about the anime and not the manga
Its better than part 3, but that isn't saying very much

No, I hated phantom blood. I didn't enjoy JoJo until Battle Tendency.
I had to force myself to read and then watch through phantom blood.
Kars > DIO
Really enjoyed Stardust Crusader though. Currently watching Diamond is unbreakable and it's fun.

Nah, part 4's anime was awesome, art consistency problems not-withstanding.

Yes.

Zeppeli and Speedwagon are the best

Jonathon is one of my favorite JoJo's, with his death having stayed with me even after reading midway threw part 7. Dio pretty well recked his life.
The only solace I've gotten is that in the original universe Dio does a lot to help the Jostar's. Propagating the Jostar line and giving them the power to eventually kill him and Pucci.
it's kinda hard to get my normie friends hoked on it, part 1 is mostly explenation, and there's a real lack of character that are themselves rather than archetypes, but it's still good enough once we get the whole "dio ruins your day again", also it helps normies understand the to be continued meme

Kill yourself.
