See, I'd contrast to something like GJ-bu, which has haremy tendencies but also has enjoyable character interactions beyond just the girls being cute and appealing; there's also no real winner (I guess Megumi has the best shot because Mao and Shion graduate but whatever). OreImo is just "I want incest wish fulfillment but I also need to throw in other girls in case people don't like Kirino" and then creating a story to get to that end point.
