Most yoghurt doesn't do much because the bacteria are killed by pasteurization and they're packed full of sugar and preservatives and they generally don't survive long enough to make it to your stomach anyway. If you want to give your gut health a boost you can try kefir or sauerkraut. Or buy a supplement.

Not much of the bacteria in kefir survives the trip to your stomach, but it's a decent alternative. I like blending it with frozen berries. Your best bet would probably be sauerkraut juice like the article says, or find a supplement which has the Lactobacillus strains.
There really isn't a lot of information on this subject yet, so it's kinda hard to know what's what. Some dude on /fit/ said his balls grew from this, so who knows. Mine are small so I'm all ears.
