The story is split into two Parts.

Act I: Blood

The Main Character is from mid-19th Century Prussia returning from his studies at medical school and finds their home town is surrounded in constant death and a mysterious disease, with a young girl adopted into his family.Attempting to investigate the strange series of events in his town, the Main Character comes to realize his adopted sister was the cause of this disaster as she's a vampire. He then tries to rally what is left of the town to slay her.

Act I ends with the MC being unable to kill his adopted sister and failing to flee from her and her vampire children, and he is converted into a half-vampire by her giving him some of her blood. If he ever wants to undo the curse he has to find her and slay her. If he ever drinks blood between then he'll become a full fledged vampire.


Act II: Moon

Picks up a few decades since the end of Act I. The MC is still a half-vampire and a member of the Organization of the World Order (OWO), a organization that is responsible for cleaning up the horrors and mysteries of the world that threatens humanity and overseeing those who wish to defend humanity. MC is part of the Euro-Branch during the outbreak of WWI.

The MC and his team learn that the World War was caused by a group of vampires so they could use an ancient ceremony to raise an undead army in the world to push humanity to the edge of extinction and become the dominate species. Among the ranks of the vampires is the MC's adopted sister acting as their queen.

The story follows the MC and his fellow OWO agents as they fight against Vampires and other horrors while WWI is going on.

I'm willing to budge to a deutragonist scenario where two friends (both guys) in high school are reincarnated instead of one - one becomes the loli orc dakka and the other becomes an ikemen male elf with a katana.

Obviously the story pits them as rivals initially, but then they become allies, tease at potential romance for the rest of the series and then provide absolutely fuck-all payoff. In the source material anyway, in the anime-original ending the loli orc NTRs the ikemen elf with the worst girl of the harem, but it also ends on a cliffhanger with no continuation ever.

So we start out with an MC thats prrtty much unlikable, a deadbeat, annoying childish "genius" that acts like a retard and makes up secret groups and conspiracies. Then he creates a time machine with his friend, but get this it can only send text messages back in time. Even better, the time machines a fucking microwave. Then me make the first half of the show utterly pointless, then we do kind of a groudhog day thing and he has to keep reliving moments to try and right something. For good measure we throw in a half assed romance, but not the one people want. We igjore the lovable girl/best friend and make him fall for some twat. We will make it as a visual novel so if people rip on the anime all the weebs can say how much better the VN was. Whos on board?

Last city on earth. Rations are short. The strongest families rule through winning tournaments. Their rations are high, they live on upper levels of city. Think Taris. MC is from the poorest Clan "Verloren" a clan comprised of the remnants of multiple defeated clans, forced to give all but ten percent of their supplies. Killbots exist outside of the city zone, protecting the city zone by destroying everyone outside of it, thus the world has gone tits up.

The MC collects a downed synthetic killbot female model while scavenging for parts in the forbidden zone i.e. the rest of earth. Upon waking her previous orders of killing all outside of the city were stopped. She becomes one of MC's love interests. She also implants him with chips to react faster, learn quicker and permanently alter his brain functionality.

He returns to the city to compete in the once a decade tournament.

The city has six main levels excluding the city underneath. Level six has four clans who operate inner workings of the city, they are the friendliest to the undercity folk but that's not saying much because the undercity survive by refining human waste, mostly from level six.

Level five has three clans, one is a clan that was previously the owner of level two but was replaced a decade earlier from the tourney.

Level four and three are sister clans who survive by sharing their rations. This city controls farming using bots and workers.

Level two is a mischievous clan who hates the bottom, they killed many clan leaders to usurp their way into the second city. The city is lush and has greenery. The colosseum is on this level.

Level one is controlled by an ancient clan, the families of ex world leaders who have been in control. The MC has another love interest from this level, the snooty princess type.

The robot girl has a plan to restart the city's old reactor to retake the mainframe and end killbots orders. Level one and two later conspire to stop MC to retain power.

that might not work since MST3K got away with it because all the movies they did fell in to public domain due to the copyright expiring and I don't think there are many anime old enough to have falling into public domain (heck copyright laws might be completely different in japan) the only other work around is having a studio who still have the rights to a shit load of old IPs that no one cares about and just let some A or B--list seiyuu to make some running commentary be it scripted or improv.
