He has a shitty personality, but the saving grace is that the world doesn't treat him as a special snowflake, his schoolmates make fun of him all the time and the narrative doesn't bend to suck his dick.

So, being someone that can keep that personality in the face of all the things that go bad for him is actually more admirable.

Besides, he has good traits, I like that his ambition isn't portrayed as something negative (though equating ambition with evilness is more of a Western thing), and I liked when he btfo'd the Villain Alliance.
