R2 ending still one of the best for me, It was amazing, The first time I seen that ending I was teared up like a motherfucker and nothing has made me feel like that.

I absolutely agree.

There is something extremely compelling about the story of Lelouche. His struggle with use of an immoral power to achieve goals which he considered sane and valid is quite interesting.

His readiness to do terrible things in the name of this convictions, regardless of whether you agree with them or not, is quite something to behold.

People laugh when I say Code Geass is in my top 3 anime of all time, but fuck em', it's an amazing series with some really, really compelling characters and incredible plot twists.

Also, pizza but is the best.

It was an absolutely wild and crazy ride.
I didn't watch it together with /a/ so I can't even imagine how bonkers the threads were.
Despite all its shortcomings and problems probably THE most memorable anime to me.

it is. No other show had this many ,,Oh fucking wow'' moments for me than this. Of course there were many things that could have been better and i suspect that it would be different had the studio more trust in it from the beginning. Ive read somewhere that they thought it would flopp hard and rushed some aspects of the story and cut other corners, s1 was supposedly planned as a 50ep show at first.

Im excited to see the recap movies with the new additions and fucking R3 with my favourite villain hero.
