I'll start:
This is kinda a revised version of theme of knowledge vs. faith.
Plot:
> First setting is within a town.
> A young man who was a devote believer of those who gifted the people through answering the prayers they asked throughout the world was an official to a religion.
> Has a decent standing within the devoted community/religion dedicated to serving the deities that respond to the world from prayers/requests.
> The young man falls in love with a woman.

> The young man hears the truth from the woman, she is secretly an alchemist, those who are forsaken and often shunned everywhere within the world.
> At first, he rebukes her, but soon regrets it as tragedy strikes when his love is imprisoned and severely injured by the religious community upon learning that she is an alchemist by someone that was eavesdropping on their conversation (one envious of their relationship)

So not only did someone start a manga with a story similar to mine literally just months ago the specifics are different but really, just have two same big points and your story feels way too similar I am actually liking its art so I'll probably be reading it as it comes.

Feels a bit like Full Metal Alchemist. One of the better ones I've seen

Three children, consisting of two little boys and a little girl wake up in a flower field with no memories to speak of, and are complete strangers to eachother. Once they come to, they each realize that the sky above them is littered with floating islands in the distance, all ranging from the size of boulders with the largest being the size of small neighbourhoods, housing all sorts of habitats and biomes. They're quick to learn flower bed they're on is simply a floating island not any larger than a typical backyard, and panic ensues when they realize they have literally no way to move to other islands, unlike the various strange birds flying about and odd fauna evolved to be able to leap great heights.

Fortunately for them, a pale, white-haired energetic happy-go-lucky genki girl with butterfly wings that's even younger than them notices them and takes interest in them. She informs them that the odd realm they're in is named "Fairy Garden", an infinite universe simply consisting of diverse floating islands and strange physics. Due to their amnesia, she decides to name the girl Mint, and the two boys Choco and Syrup, and offers to guide them and stay with them because it's "fun", and to compensate for the fact they can't fly, she uses her magic to create temporary crystalline bridges between the islands.

The four of them go on adventures from island to island, meeting its inhabitants, with the adventures ranging in tone from light-hearted, heavy-hitting, depressing, uplifting, humourous, and serious, all while trying to find out who they are with the help of their new friend.

Their memories have taken physical form and are scattered about Fairy Garden,
and as they recollect their memories their episodic adventures start to take a darker,
seinen tone as more mysteries of Fairy Garden, who the Children are and where they came from become revealed

>In timeline B MC happily accepts and the two start dating
>Throughout all of this, stuff has been disappearing around town in timeline B, including some of MC's stuff like his baseball bat.
>Eventually, things come to a head when timeline B's MC and childhood friend go on a date in a local shopping center
>In timeline A, that shopping center is the location of a deal between the woman's mafia family and another family
>The deal turns sour and a fight breaks out, the woman gets injured by the enforcer of the enemy family, so MC A gets pissed off
>Tackles the enforcer, ends up in timeline B
>His object summoning was timeline switching, he was just stealing the objects from other timelines.

>Spends every waking minute researching, learning tactics or weapons, or obtaining gear
>Does recon missions into timeline A while disguised so he isn't recognized
>He's planning to kill his timeline A counterpart, but first he has to find out all the details he needs.
>He stumbles across timeline A's childhood friend and manages to sway her to his side
>Infiltrates the woman's mafia base and poisons her while she's in bed and MC A is off in some other country
>She dies as MC A gets back, with MC B having left a note claiming responsibility under a masked identity
>MC A is distraught, and turns to his ability to switch to timeline B.
>There he tracks down the woman
>She's dead, as in this timeline, MC never rescued her at the start of the anime

A nerdy kid and meteorology freak somewhere in the times before the internet is the only one to realize that it rains more often than explainable when he goes home from school.

He uses scientific methods and statistical measurements around town to track down the path of an elusive and mysterious local rain source which turns out to be some kind of weather/fertility god girl his age that lets it rain wherever she goes.

But that was the easy part, the hard part is befriending her!

Nerdy love romance with a focus on moody weather effects and educational funfacts about meteorology.

Do It nYanself

Our MC is a catgirl who is interested in making friends in her new class. She is very energetic, careless and also flat-chested. As a result, she often ends up breaking people's cherished possessions.

She stores damaged objects all throughout her home. These pieces of damaged furniture and other items scare her, emitting a strange aura due to their damages. She can see this aura due to the teachings of of her grandparents. They taught her that each piece of furniture and houseware should be respected.
One day the spirits guide her to an old magazine that features her grandparenents repair shop,now she desires to repair these items to honor her grandparents. she has no skills or tools.

then, she hears a loud hammering and the whirring of power tools coming from her neighbor's backyard. When she goes to look, she sees her classmates cutting wood and building furniture. Inspired by their skills (and big boobs) she asks the other girls if they could give her guidance in the art of furniture repair.

Every day she learns the ins and outs of DIY construction and repair, and uses these skills to restore her possessions, healing the objects' auras, and as her skills grow so too does her heart

I have only an idea for the first episode, but its a good one.

It begins with your usual cardboard cutout generic mc dark-hair-with-shitty-haircut and his inner monologue from the mc seat next to the window in school, narrating his circumstances of being just an average, loser schoolboy and his usual MC naivety personality of hero morals and stuff like that.
There is of course also his bossy childhood friend being all doting about him, dropping on his head from a wall on the way to school, running with toast, the full monty. And of course he is oblivious to her advances etc.

Suddenly during the math lesson at school, aliens attack, killing most of the already superficially introduced side characters, the two make a run for it, they get divided in a dust cloud but the girl gets to grab somebody by the hand and leads him to her secret spaceship hidden somewhere in town.

Only there it turns out that the mc guy was actually crushed to death by falling debris and she accidentally grabbed another fleeing guy who was visible throughout the entire episode so far in the background, doing background character stuff.

Turns out the MC was actually just that, the chosen one, protector of the stars, groomed, trained and brainwashed from birth by the girl (Actually an alien) to become some kind of galactic hero.

Now with her reputation and livelihood on the line as they flee earth, she decides to con the galactic council of whoever to pose the new guy as the chosen one.
The background character on the other hand is just that and has no desire for heroics,and only plans to make a run for it, intergalactic hijinks ensue.

Hmm, how about an isekai hentai with science monster girls?

A man gets isekai'd into a futuristic world of monster girls. The overall vibe of the world is like Raildex minus the dex and with the rail replaced with monster girls. There are no boys, only girls of various qualities, they reproduce by artificial fertilisation- egg cells are taken from both girls and spliced together in smart science ways. They usually get both moms pregnant at once, because equality, and also because if the resulting kid is of a restricted or undesirable race, they can get an abortion and keep gene pool more human-like and less dangerous.

Because that world hasn't seen a man or indeed a normal human in a very long time, probably ever, for them he's just another monster girl of unknown race. He plays along and gets along with monster girls and their daily activities, until his roommate sees him naked and proclaims: "Holy shit, you're... That legendary species! The one that gives pleasure, the futanari! Please stick this thing in me. I want to know how it feels to have a real penis inside". They sex each other, he wonders the hell is a futa. Later he sexes several other girls like that, realises he can make a buisness out of that, does exactly that. Cue montage of him sexing a dozen different girls, from mundane catgirls and dullahans to extreme like slimes and torso girls, ending in him almost sexing a futa that tells him he's not one because he has no vagina, and advicing him to stop, he asks her to keep his secret but doesn't stop fucking. Later, roommate has a noticable belly, but brushes it off as a couple cheesecakes too many. They check her up, and sure, she is pregnant. For them it's a mystery, for him- a triumph as a man. Roll credits.

but basically he just playing a game, leveling up, meeting lolis, fighting. etc.
