She's the only one besides Hayasaka who's always supported Kaguya, and even humiliated herself to protect her. Even if everyone here's right about her relationship (which is ambiguous and the one reason she's hated), she's probably the truest friend she has despite not knowing her long.
Plus she founded a club all about helping people, brought her boyfriend's grades up a lot at the expense of her own, and is the only club leader who doesn't antagonize Shirogane at the meeting. She's up there with Shirogane himself for the nicest character in the manga.
