I've seen them all, and the characters are hand-drawn. Bloody hell, the movie has plenty of 2D animators working on it. The only CG objects are the mechanical stuff like cars and Logicoma. The characters also don't have the model consistency of CG animation which is very obvious so you probably should get your eyes checked.
