I'd disagree, I really like seeing the MC being open about his feelings for his imouto and not going around letting other girls come onto him, something I disliked with Kyousuke's character being easily swayed with other girls' attention/affections. Usually the older brother isn't as dedicated to his imouto in harems and the closest I have seen to an oniichan making it clear he has eyes only for his imouto is that one with the siblings having magical powers and the sister calls him 'onii-sama' (very vague I know, I just don't know the name of the anime)
