Spoiler pics soon.
Chapter title is "NATURAL BORN DESTROYER".
Big Mom's height was already more than 5 meters when she was 5 years old although her parents were normal humans.
Her big body and innocent personality caused a large damage to her hometown, which is why she was exiled to Elbaf.
*Explanation about Elbaf and Carme
Giant Pirates terrified the world 100 years ago, but it became a legend ever since 2 captains disappeared one day.
A young Sisiter named Carmel appeared when the rest of the members of Giant Pirates were captured and about to get executed by Marine.
She said , "If Marine execute them, it would add hatred of Giants and humans will be retaliated by them".
Carmel began to be called as Mother (Holy Mother) and she opened a facility called "Sheep's Home",
which protects children who have no other place to go no matter what race and status they belong.
Big Mom visited Sheep's Home. Her innocent personality caused her to try to tear off a hand of Long Arm tirbe children and a filet of Fishmen.
Carmel didn't accuse of her and persuade other children to get along well with Big Mom.
10 years later
Big Mom was accepted even among Giants. She was hanging around with a Giant girl at an avenue, At the avenue, Hairudin was training himself.
Two Giants watched over him kindly. One is named "Waterfall Beard "Yoruru (344 years old) and the other is named "Mountain Beard" Yaruru (345 years old),
who were the oldest warriors in the world. They had been the captains of Giant Pirates before.
There was a custom in Elbaf that they need to do fasting and thank to sun for 12 days until Winter Solstice Festival.
They were supposed to eat many sweets called "Semura" before the fasting. Big Mom ate huge amount of Semura in Giant village since she was addicted to it.
Fasting started. Big Mom endured for 6 days, but her "Craving Sickness" occurred at the 7th day. She devastated the village of Elbaf.
Yoruru convicted Big Mom that she is Evil God who pretends to be a kid. He decided to execute her despite Carmel's persuasion.
2nd for Sanji x Nami.
Meant to post this one
Hopefully we see them at the end of the chapter
Sanji and Nami are just fuck buddies right now.
He fucks both Nami and Robin
>Her innocent personality caused her to try and rip off the arm of a longarm tribe and a filet of Fishmen.
If you have an innocent personality I don't know that you'd try any of this. Am I missing something?
Post people who have definitely fucked Big Mom and fathered one or more of her children. Pic related.
Nami is not straight though.
Context is important here.
In Alabasta, Nami is giving Vivi that look because Vivi has started to include herself as one of the Straw Hats and is already thinking about future adventures. In the next scene, Nami asks Vivi what she'll do about being a princess or a pirate.
In Punk Hazard, Nami relates Tashigi to Bell-mere because they're both strong Marine women. So unless you wanna ship Nami with Bell-mere, I don't think Nami is into her like that.
The scene with Kalifa is really the only solid scene where Nami is showing attraction and it's meant to be a gag. That whole fight is fanservice.
Nami likes strong and beautiful women.
The fact that her step-mother's name is literally step-mother is pretty pic related on Oda's part.
>first read Little Garden over 10 years ago
>more than a decade of hype for Elbaf
>it's finally happening
Why did Oda have to ruin our boy's dream to reach Elbaf together?
>Because the only thing usopp deserves is to see someone slaughtered because he was too much of a pussy to help
The Tontatta should have been massacred by Trebol and Sugar. That would have taught Usopp.
>the Strawhats reach Elbaf
>the readers know what to expect having seen the flashback of Big Mom's childhood
>over the years the island has gone to absolute shit
>nothing like it was previously shown
>queue the Strawhats toppling some evil fuckwad and restoring peace
That's what I expect at least
Was Carrot foreshadowed here with the caricature drawing she bunny in the back?
ODA, WHERE'S MY NIGRESS PUDDING?
He always comes through in the end. He may not be very good 1v1 but his sniping skills are very useful when fighting against fodder. Dressrosa showed just how useful he is. He adds comic value to the story. It would be boring to have a crew of just super strong people.
This. Flaws are important. If characters in a story are all perfect and invincible, there's nothing to care about. Why get invested if a character never struggles? What's the point of a story without strife? It's humanity's nature to struggle, so why shouldn't our characters be human?
>Robins favorite food is sandwiches
>Sanji has two Sandwiches and a bouquet of blue flowers
>Sanji and Robin both have over night bags
Sanji and Robin meeting up to fuck canon by Oda.
Nah not really. He's not good 1v1 but his sniping skill is the real deal. There is only one sniper shown that is better than him so far, van augur. Also his fights are pretty inventive and he doesn't use brute strength to win like most other characters. He's a crucial part of the crew at this point and the story wouldn't really be as good without him.
Sakura is a poor attempt at making a character "human". While humans are also flawed, they adapt and grow to overcome those flaws. They develop. Sakura had as much development as a photographic film on the surface of the sun.
no, nami's job is to show off her tits and be fappable
usopp like sakura just runs in circles making readers believe he'll get some character development only to pull off the same old "l'm so weak but l try hard!" song and dance
it got old mid part 1
>3d2y zoro all dupes, time for real pulls
Did Kaido bring out too many powerlevelfags into these threads? Was it really the best idea for Oda to make him this ultimate strongest being in the world, since now no matter how he is defeated none of these fags will be satisfied?
You don't like the milky-milky? The ara-ara, big and beautiful, curvaceous and cushiony, double-d-lectable, enormous and engorged, fluffy and fat, giant gozongas?
This man gets it.
Where would he be?
F L A T
She's quirky, visually and characteristically interesting, has an interesting and fun power that can be useful in a variety of situations, and can make funny expressions.
It'd also be interesting to see her fighting style develop. Also interactions would be good, especially with Usopp and Chopper.
Probably chaotic good or neutral within that ethical framework, given that he acts rather detached and laid back in his job but seems to serve some form of orders from above his station regarding the enforcement of justice.
Akainu- Absolute Justice
Aokiji- Lazy Justice
Kizaru- Unclear Justice
Fujitora- Blind Justice
Anyone know of any others?
Which could have been the 'lawful' thing to do, or perhaps was the result of some yet foreseen command. He's an awkward one to place in such a pigeonholed framework, which makes sense given his whole unclear justice deal.
>Also interactions would be good, especially with Usopp and Chopper.
I'm a Peronafag but every interaction between her and Chopper would be the interactions between Robin and Fropper on PH.
Sanji will marry Pudding and we'll have two cooks for the crew and Luffy's infinite appetite.
>Mate, imagine her reaction to Monster Point and stuff. It'd be funny.
It would be the same bit as her and Kumacy (which didn't get old) and Robin and Franky on PH (which did).
I like Perona where she is, but a little more exposure along with Mihawk couldn't hurt. I want them to have a cover story.
Not really. Around Marinford Oda established that a "normal" human could easily beat a giant, if they were powerful enough. Giants just have a huge head start in terms of physical power, but it's nothing that can't be overcome via training
>yfw Perona uses Haki Hollows the next time she shows up
Made a quick coloring job since I'm bored.
>We know is you ahmed
Living with Mihawk is the best for her desu, their chemistry (not even romantic, just how well they play off one another) is as good as her and Moria.
Though if she was sent to Doflamingo instead he would have been unstoppable.
Kaido isn't the sharpest knife in the drawer either, and Blackbeard isn't winning any science competitions, or fights unscathed.
Why do you say things that you know in your heart are not true?
Perona hates Jewsopp, Zoro is the only Straw Hat for her.
Whitebeard wasn't autistic though, just really, really, super gay.
Roger was a manchild, and Shanks kind of followed in his footsteps, but is actually responsible.
Every high-up Marine is pretty... well, relatively normal.
>Chris-Chan could become the next Pirate King/Queen!
>Giants called the worlds strongest nation four chapters ago
>Would of given big mom the strength to beat shanks and Kaido
>Some how lost to a 5 year old big mom
This is not ok you nigger.
I will repost this from the previous thread. You need to remember that the great pirate era only started 20 years ago. Times before the pirate era must have been peaceful even in the new world. Hence the characters back then probably isn't that strong. The new world countries only started getting stronger once the great pirate era has started.
I don't see how Big Mom the freak show beating them is contradicting that. Giants being the strongest nation just means that they are the strongest avg fighter. That doesn't mean that they should beat every single person's ass. Just look at the yonkou or rather the history of the strongest fighters ever. Whitebeard, Roger, Rayleigh, Shanks, Big Mom, etc... None of them are giants.
I think you misunderstood what world's strongest nation meant. Big Mom wanted their strength to destroy fodder.
>Thinking Fodder matters to kaido or shanks
She said they would let her become pirate king that means she puts their strength on par with hers and other yonkos you double fucking nigger.
Is the baby Dellinger?
It's wierd that BB wasn't mention, is his crew just weaker than the other Yonko's? No-one on Dressrosa seemed to mind when Burgess showed up, but Jack and Cracker moving at all whips people into frenzies.
An army of thousands of giants which include a dozen or so really strong top dudes+her own crew would make her PK
Cause BB wasn't a Yonko back then, now she can't make peace with Elbaf she has to make her crew all as big as her or as big as actual giants
>Cause BB wasn't a Yonko back then, now she can't make peace with Elbaf she has to make her crew all as big as her or as big as actual giants
Ah, I was thinking the quote was current, oops.
Well if fodder didn't matter in the grand scheme of things why does she wants Germa 66's soldiers? If they're truly irrelevant in the race to become pirate king, why do they matter? Anon, pls. Also you're ignoring the part where Giants aren't the actual strongest individuals when you look at the strongest fighters. It's obvious, strongest means strongest avg fighter. Has there ever been a giant that is as weak as Usopp at syrup village? Coby in east blue? No. They're all at a certain strength above that. Thus they are the strongest nation.
If it was while Whitebeard was sick, it's possible.
Katakuri and Cracker double-teaming him backed with a swarm of giants would be enough to significantly damage an ill Whitebeard.
I meant more her Conqueror's Haki, though at this point she's so proficient with Armament Haki that it is passive.
how many enemies hav gotten a full flashback of their sad lifes?
>Shes 5 not 15
Who gives a fuck you retarded nigger.Luffy is going to become the next motherfucking PK and at 15 he couldn't even beat a single giant.
I hope that anyone who defends this shit dies from foodpoisoning, since it's clear they have ingested too much of Oda's cum.Fuck the hack and fuck al of you blind dicksuckers.
>at 15 he couldn't even beat a single giant.
He's also from East Blue and was raised entirely with humans, not in the New World and raised alongside literally every race except maybe Dwarves and Three Eyes.
Maybe a handful, and for someone like Doflamingo it showed that despite the shit conditions he was still something of an ass, this seems similar i suppose, and Pudding I guess since she went all stab-happy. Others would be I suppose sort of Arlong, maybe Morgan.
Everytime someone mentions just reading it, I can't help but feel bad that they won't experience the OST and voice acting. I'm glad I started the anime first and now read the manga. The manga is clearly at a consistent good level where as the anime has bad parts, but the anime still has very high parts from the OST and voice acting.
Yes to all.
>defeat a village of Giants
>nab a number of husbands of various races
>sail the new world and build a criminal empire
>gather and convince citizens from across the lands to live in her kingdom
A simple minded, conventionally unattractive woman was able to accomplish all this
What have you done with your lives, reddit?
You're retarded. Just because she has retard strength from a young age doesn't guarantee she should beat every single person ever. Do you just not think things through? Do you personally know if Big Mom ever trained in fighting? No you don't. Luffy has trained in fighting since he was a kid. He also got trained by Rayleigh.
Some kids are just freaks at a young age. You see it happen all the time in soccer. There is some huge nigger dominating at age 15, but when they become adults, the more skillful player surpasses them. You think too linear.
>naruto and dragon ball are stuck in endless boruto/super hell and will never end
>after one piece ends, jump wants to milk the series more but instead its stories of how yonkos and shichibukai crews where formed.
how great would that be?
No it's not. Why do you think england sucked dick for the longest time. A while back they thought the better player at age 15 would be the player they should pay more attention to develop, where as Spain, the Dutch, French, etc... didn't care about results at that age. They focused on skill, because skill would eventually win out when they became adults. They realized that the better player at age 15 meant nothing. That's not to say there isn't cases like you mentioned. There are definitely africans are like 30 years old parading as 18 year olds.
I'm actually glad she's a lot more cute and sinister looking than my drawing.
During that fight, Robin was a toy. Meaning Ussop (and everybody) forgot about her. Meaning Ussop lost his character growth from Enies Lobby where he found the courage to take on the world government without hesitation.. And yet he still came through.
He didn't lose his character development because he doesn't remember the trigger for it anymore lol
He just abandoned the tontattas because he's a piece of shit.
He was and will probably always be a fucking weak coward who only survives because of the biggest plot armor of the series.
Yes, he was useful in sniping sugar. And why? Because he didn't take her out before like any semi-competent fighter could have.
>Doflamingo and Sugar
Delete this shit right now
She becomes a temporary Straw Hat like Vivi or Law, replacing Carrot.
I only remember her because thinking that that bitch nigger is going to waifu her one day makes my blood boil.
Iva isn't a rapist. He set the terms for Sanji staying in Kamabaka and learning the recipes. Which was Sanji wearing a dress for the entire time he stayed.
Still super gay to wear a dress for two years.
Bitch, Kaya fell in love with him before he left the village. She clearly thinks he's good enough for her at this point when he's much more accomplished and stronger now. You've got to be delusional to not see it.
>She clearly thinks he's good enough for her at this point when he's much more accomplished and stronger now. You've got to be delusional to not see it.
Oh no, I see it, but that doesn't change the fact that he lied to her every day until the whole Kuro thing happened.
>Lying is necessarily a bad thing
Dude, the whole idea behind Ussop is that he is in fact the BRAVEST character we have seen so far. He's basically a weakling that has literally gone up against monsters wayyy stronger than him even when he was scared to death. Bravery and courage is being able to face your fears and Ussop has always pulled through, even though his fear and negativity is overwhelming. He's a great character
And how is he more irresponsible than his father? He's taken care of the Merry, created Nami's climatact, is the ace sniper for his crew, etc. He pulls his own weight. It seems to me that you only hate Ussop cause he's black.
Not him but Usopp has made a shit ton of progession since he left his home, the problem is every time he takes a step forward he takes 2 back as well. He lived on a island for two whole years where every living thing on the island wanted to kill him but he still acts like a pussy when they show up to a new island and then you have shit like in Dressrosa where he became a man but then went right back to being scared shitless in Zou.
He's a realistic representation of how a 19 year old would act in his situation.
He'll get there as soon as he runs of out excuses for being weak.
Also because ya gotta keep "muh weak trio" together
She's not getting redeemed. We're just getting background info on how she turned out the way she has. It's possible to feel sorry for her at a certain point. That doesn't mean she gets excused for her actions.
This is one of the stupidest complaints ever. I've never bothered with Naruto (I literally know of the character Naruto and that's it), but apparently you guys are traumatized from background stories in that shit going by some anons here.
Remember when Usopp got hit in the face with like a 4 ton bat while being pulled through the sand at like 20 mph.
How dat nigga alive?
Usopp is an asspull magnet. No way he fucking survived being exploded by Trebol.
He gets his shit together when he needs to, and has never been a liability except in W7 which he more than made up for as Sogeking. Sure he's weak as fuck and annoying but its good to have a person like him on the crew to balance the sheer idiocy and recklessness of Luffy and Zoro.
>he is in fact the BRAVEST character we have seen so far
This is bait. Luffy throws himself into any challenge, Zoro fought goddam Mihawk in the East Blue, Nami was screwing pirates when she was ten, Sanji will do anything to protect a lady, Chopper was prepared to fight Wapole's army, Robin's entire life was braving horrible shit, Franky literally replaced his entire body without much second thought, and Brook was entirely alone for 50 years.
Nami is brave too, but she was forced to grow into that at a young age. She experienced her mom dying as a kid and had a goal that motivated her to become brave. Usopp didn't have that kind of motivation until he became a pirate at age 17. He was actually one of the more sheltered characters due to how peaceful his village was.
How she ended up working for a criminal organization is beyond me. I think her paint stuff is one of the biggest examples of outright magic in OP that didn't rely on a DF, even Nami has ""muh science"" as weak as that is.
Makes me sad that she probably won't be recruited by Buggy because of that reason. Mr 3 just isn't the same without a splash of color.
But OP isn't about powerlevels. You're pretty much only as powerful as you need to be for any given situation (Or if Oda deems it so). Sure there's some weako's but, for instance, Robin('s power) should be broken as fuck, but she usually doesn't do much of anything. Same for Brook I'd say; but there aren't really any powerlevels in this show so, like romance, I'd say it's mostly pointless to focus on it.
>Makes me sad that she probably won't be recruited by Buggy because of that reason. Mr 3 just isn't the same without a splash of color.
Galdino misses her too, but she's happier doing what she does now, I'm pretty sure she charges people to paint their fantasies. And lives with most of BW on Alabasta.
Right those bearded robed guys with ropes that summon wind
They definately weren't wizards at all
Nope, no DF.
Just some weird shit called COLORS TRAP that hypnotizes people with symbols.
At one point she shang-hai's a pterodactyl and induces a mass hallucination.
She's basically the art bitch in Doffy's crew but 100x better, like all the fucking comparisons between the Donquixote pirates and Baroque Works.
Her weather prediction abilities are almost supernatural even before Weatherian Science. It's been said many times that she could "feel" the weather. That ability doesn't seem like mere science to me.
Also she was an orphaned child in some war torn country. We dont know where she came from or what her name even is. Like Sanji, she will have a backstory as well.
It would also fit into the idea of the journey to find One Piece is more than just finding treasure, its also finding "yourself"--as cheesy as it sounds. Backstory will happen.
Miss Goldenweek not a miss after all confirmed?
>like all the fucking comparisons between the Donquixote pirates and Baroque Works.
That blue-haired guy is way better than Mr. 5.
Zoro is the only guy who seems to conveniently get stronger when he needs to. Luffy comes up with his shit off screen, but Zoro always just decides to hit harder or grow arms to win.
That's true, but that just further proves my point about "Being as strong as you need to be." Cause that's exactly what Zoro does. Sanji too. Luffy is the MC so of course.
On a side note, I do wish the others in the crew got more of a time to shine. I want to see Chopper, Robin, Franky, Brook, hell even Nami do some super cool shit. They're all capable of it.
I'm not complaining about it. Just an observation. I think it actually fits his character because he's the crews powerhouse. I always chalked Asura up to just being a visual metaphor.
Really? You think Oda would go out of his way to make sure that Nojiko and Nami weren't related, for that not to be a significant plot point. You really think her ability to feel minute changes in weather that is impossible to regular humans is just coincidence.
No way. Oda will definitely milk this plot point.
Wasn't how belle mere found nami and nojiko or am I mistaken?
This is what I thought. She has an understanding of the weather because she's a navigator. Usopp made her a weapon that takes advantage of that, and that's how she does her thing.
A child too young to flashback. Zoro will have more fleshing out in his backstory, as will Franky and Brook.
To the extent of Sanji? Not for Zoro, but probably for the other two.
Nami won't get much if any at all.
I feel like making Nami into an actual sorceress is on par with fags who want to make Zoro some legendary long lost son of extremely powerful samurai.
>its been said many times that she can "feel" the weather
Yes you silly nigger it's called going outside. That blowing sensation is called "wind" my friend. It's just a meme about Nami being a genius meteorologist. #1 cliche if you want to establish an experienced sailor, have them predict a hurricane off of strange air currents no one else can read.
It was a fight against pirates that destroyed the village.
They are probably orphans unless Bell-mere decided to just fucking abduct them and never check back.
Yeah I'd rather not everything end up being about how every single one of them was 'destined' to win. I like the idea of all these scrappy kids, and some kind of loser adults, getting together and winning against all odds
>They are probably orphans unless Bell-mere decided to just fucking abduct them and never check back.
Nojiko is an orphan at least. And she had strong reason to suspect Nami was as well.
Yep just think about navigators. Normally the earliest you would learn that shit when you are a teenager right? People who grow up around a certain environment at such an early age become naturals at their craft if they're passionate about it. Mozart didn't suddenly become amazing after first learning as a teenager. He learned about music as a little kid. Nami is the same way in that her passion revolved around cartography and she experienced sailing as like an 8 year old. She's a natural for that reason.
I really wonder how many people here actually read One Piece. Every chapter without fail we get a dumb motherfucker like you, or some genius that thinks he's found a plot hole.
No. You're underestimating the role Nami will play later on. I wrote a theory on this in opforum on this. Oda wouldn't leave a major character like Nami without her story being fully fleshed out.
>No. You're underestimating the role Nami will play later on. I wrote a theory on this in opforum on this. Oda wouldn't leave a major character like Nami without her story being fully fleshed out.
This is either shitposting so advanced you might actually be Donald Trump, or you're more retarded than Don Krieg.
Finally we have some patrician tastes. It's fine that Luffy has the will of D and has an amazing family. However, if all of the SH start getting these amazing lineage backgrounds it just waters down that unique aspect of Luffy's background. I'll never understand fans that want Zoro to be the son of the shogun or some legendary samurai. It just waters down the Straw Hats as nothing more than people lucky with genetics. Let some of them have that, let others be different by being normal, and others by being taught by masters in their field. We don't need everyone to be the same.
Does Lineage really matter? Garp may be a legendary marine, and Dragon may be the revolutionary leader, but its not like anything has ever been handed to Luffy. Guy has been getting thrown off cliffs since he was six. He still had to work his way to the top.
>Lucky with genetics
What the fuck do you think Will of D is? The whole series is centered on the idea of inherited will and destiny. Its not that I WANT Nami to be from a special background, it just seems that the hints laid out by Oda make it too difficult for it not to be the case.
No, but it would start to matter if everyone on the SH has an amazing lineage. One would just have to look at the SH and see
>Luffy is the son of Dragon and grandson of Garp
>Sanji is a prince of Germa 66
>Zoro is the son of some epic samurai
>Nami is some wizard
>Usopp is the son of one of the red hair commanders
I mean its just ridiculous. No wonder the SH run shit. Everyone is a special snowflake through blood.
I wonder if at the end of the story after Luffy becomes a legend if the Gomu Gomu no Mi will become a sought after fruit. Normally people would think its shit tier, but Luffy has definitely turned it into a top tier paramecia.
>Extremely acute weather sensing abilities
>Found without parents as a baby in strange island
>Had fondness for weather as a baby(pinwheel)
>Said she wished she was born rich(Oda has history of making things like this true)
>Looks almost identical to Portgas D. Rouge
>Was in the cover art for first chapter of one piece(no other member of strawhat there except luffy)
>Was in cover art for start of new world in same position
>Plays a major role during final moments of almost all arcs and is frequently in the center of movies especially Strongworld influenced heavily by Oda
And theres more than just that. Her character is too important to not be fleshed out any further. Not saying she's royalty or anything, but its frankly stupid to think that Oda will leave her character alone.
OP as it currently stands is a shonen. OP as it currently stands does not have Zoro being the son of some legendary samurai. Nami is currently not from some wizard family with super natural ability. I'm not saying to take it away. I'm saying to not add anymore as it would just water down the entire crew. Let Luffy be the special blood kid, and let others be amazing through other means.
>We never saw Zoro's parents, it's very unlikely they're just offscreens
Zoro (and maybe Brook) will be the one's where Oda subverts the trope, Zoro's family will be relatively normal, as will Brook's.
will have been killed by Roger.
He didn't leave her alone. Nami has one of the most detailed backstories of any of the SHs. We know everything that happened to her from when she was a baby to now. She doesn't really need more backstory.
>Face and eye shape are different
>Rouge's picture is filtered in a way so she looks like a redhead even though she's blonde
>Besides the scar Zoro looks nothing like Rayleigh, and hair color os the only commonality between Roger and Luffy.
IF Oda hadn't included such suspicious weather abilities and made her origins open ended, I would agree with you. But he didn't and knowing Oda, he already has an extended backstory set up for her.
If everyone gets a special heritage, nobody has a special heritage.
Zoro's parents are up in the air because at the earliest, we see him going to the dojo as a child to beat it. Anything could have happened to his parents, including the chance that he simply ran away from home.
Ussop's is known.
Sanji's is now known.
Nami's parents died on a battlefield, so that's done.
Chopper's parents are fucking deer.
Robin's parents are known.
Franky's parents, like Zoro's, are open for discovery, because they fucking abandoned him for being a hard to raise child.
Brook's parents could be discovered, but with how many years its been, its unlikely they could be alive.
So really, its just Zoro and Franky that could be up for some revelation with their parents. Everyone else is a big fat no.
what an original design
Do her weather sensing abilities have to have some kind of reason why they exist? Can't character exist with a skill that they learn and improve upon?
What's next? Are you going to think that Franky's parents trained him to build stuff before they abandoned him on scrap island?
And Usopp can use a fucking sling shot with the range and accuracy of a sniper rifle. He calculated and launched a perfect multi-stage projectile with less than a minute of aim time.
Oda should make a backstory so that he actually has the mythological eye of Odin - oh wait no that's gay as fuck. He's just very good at sniping, his dad is also good at sniping. That's it, that's all we need.
Believe it or not One Piece plays slightly fast and loose with reality
What the fuck do you think it is? Inheriting a dream doesn't mean you're born special. Not every D has COC, not every D starts life with impressive blood relations to live up to like Dragon/Garp. Saul was just a guy who cared and he set loose a threat that could topple the WG.
The fucking irony in being told I have my "head in the sand" from fags desperately peeling away years of Nami's suffering, study, and passion for a 100% head canon "lmao she's fucking magic since birth" is starting to rustle my jimmies. It's just ruining a character for no good reason, we have her backstory since she was 2 fucking years old - tacking on that she's also a weather witch or some retarded shit adds nothing. It just tries to explain something (poorly) that has 0 reason to be explained in a show where it rains candy and spinning really fast lights your leg on fire. You fuckers want to midichlorian Nami.
I'm gonna be blunt: your fanfiction is shit and it isn't going to happen.
I always figured Shakky was more of a Nami equivalent. Though obviously the Lufy/Roger and Zoro/Rayleigh comparisons are easy to make.
I always figured it was Roger/Shanks/Luffy and Rayleigh/Mihawk/Zoro, but just Shanks and Mihawk became rivals rather than shipmates because both were swordsmen. I sort of can't wait until we get Shank's backstory where we get to see more Roger, Rayleigh, Mihawk, Buggy and then Shanks forming his own crew.
I think it would be tough to really show Nami's family since she was found as a baby and she, nor anyone she knows, has any knowledge of her family. If Oda does anything else with Nami it might be we find out who destroyed her village making her an orphan.
>Her father was dead before robin was old enough to remember him
Huh, alright then.
>What's next? Are you going to think that Franky's parents trained him to build stuff before they abandoned him on scrap island?
Franky's father was a Commodore 64 and his mother was a tow truck.
Jokes aside, one of his parents will 100% be named "Cutty Fluid" screencap this.
The problem with the Ussop comparison is that multiple characters have not commented on it. I get that you hate the idea and that you're severely butthurt about it. But the hints are there and Oda will milk it.
So I'm gonna be blunt as well, you still have your head in the sand.
Longarm and fishman are running away from linlin
I don't hate the idea, its just that its silly to assume that people in this world cannot be born with unique traits natural to them.
For example, Luffy has the voice of all things and he didn't learn it, he was born with it. A normal human, born with a unusual trait. Don't call it main character syndrome, its a thing that happens in this world, AND in the real world as well.
