Anyone who doesn't value visual direction in a visual way of story telling is a dummy.
Visuals in a visual story can and should be just as important as dialog or exposition.

Someone should make one of these for mp100, the visual direction was top notch.

Animation is a medium to please the eyes, I would even dare to say than a stronger visual direction is much more important than a stronger story, because for stories we already have other medium such as books for them.
