The main difference between Chariot and Almaight is that when All Might met Midoriya he was still a hero both in power and determination, while the whole reason why Chariot can't reveal herself is that she can't be a "hero" anymore for whatever the reason. So I'm afraid it would be really difficult from a storytelling point of view to make it happen. Akko would be too depressed from seeing a mentally broken Chariot, just as much as Midoriya would have been if All Might was a shadow of his old self not just in body but also in mind.

I really want like a two episode arc of the minor characters, something isolated and minor, like picking out a familiar from the first ED while it focuses on Announcer-chan and some other prominent background characters. Trigger made a specific effort to have every students design unique and distinct, so it'd feel like a waste if they were just there to fill in classroom shots. Though since we've got actual plot stuff with the Words to wrap up it'll probably never happen.
