The other day I accidentally clicked on a dubbed episode of a recent series instead of a subbed one.
Fucking hell its horrible
Now hearing this, I see is not a problem of that series , its just english dubbing is generally awful, most actors are on ritalin.

I don't get it, Princess sounds spot on, Sento sounds terrible because she's supposed to (her voice is fine in the closing lines), the fairies sound good, even the wrestler is ok, the only character I would complain about is Moffle.

Absolutely no one competent is going to apply for a job in anime dubbing. Absolutely none of the voice actors applying for these jobs have any kind of background in acting. Hence they have no idea how to convincingly portray emotion with their voices, leading to anemic and soulless delivery. The voice directing is probably also equally at fault for similar reasons.
