Alright, so there are certain tropes in anime and manga which distinguish them from western animation etc. Now in this particular anime those tropes are hyperbolic and the actual plot and logic are forgotten. I mean you can enjoy seeing cute girls doing cute things, but in this series all of this is trying to avert our gaze from the fact that the plot is completely unbelievable and slightly more than whole of this show is just pure fanservice slapped on laughable and forced events. Seeing the oreimo plot in a more condensed form just makes it more obvious how painfully forced the whole romance part is. The generic parts of it are very tiresome too. It's not really good, it has many flaws, but I like it more than I thought I would.

The interaction between characters is so dull sometimes, while others is good. It feels like many things are forced,yet I enjoy the general self-awareness of the show (Masamune being the classical LN protagonist, as stated by Sagiri, Elf reading through the various characters or Megumi being some kind of mockery towards "casuals"/"normalfags" as they are called).
I'm not against or scandalized by the themes or anything like that, but everything is just not-so-well (calling it bad would be excessive) developed. The characters aren't even that bad, they are all more or less likeable and even somewhat decently characterized (I mean they have their reasons, at least, and those make some sense) at the same time, though, they are not that much credible and the same goes for the general premise (but expecting that would be ridicolous imho; suspension of disbelief is almost always necessary in media, not only anime).

Plus the OSTs are very likeable, as well as the character design; it also has an overall decent quality and some well done animations that I didn't expected (but the CGI still looks bad when they use it).

So, in the end, I'd say it's enjoyable if you know that only idiots would expect something deep from this.
