Exactly. BB works conceptually because he's the kind of character who outwardly seems like he shouldn't be receptive to Yuya's dueling, but ultimately is. If anything, he should've been a recurring Academia threat that gets gradually worn down by entame over time (as this would also serve to force Yuya to think about how his entame affects people internally rather than just superficially) rather than a one-time nobody that just serves to provide the writers an excuse to not develop their characters for four more eps.

No worries, Konami added the first 2 packs for the people who are just starting. Right now there are 8 packs available but you should focus on getting all the cards you can from the Blue-eyes and Water deck before they leave again. When you start you get a huge amount of gems so it's easy to get an ok deck. Also, this week there is an event to unlock the Paradox Brothers and that means more gems.

Will Revolver use Topologic or Varrel Dragon in his duel against Yusaku?

What's the deal with arc-v and everybody cheering the death and beating of yuya but when he gets angry, everybody freaks out and treats him like the scum of the earth.

Like when he duelled the guy who kept beating him up getting action cards, everybidy didn't do a thing and treated things like normal. Then when zarc comes out everybody freaks out and yuya is treated as the bad guy all because he summoned OERD evilly.
Ignoring that the other guy nearly killed him several times. Even later on their rematch yuya thought he was in the wrong.

Or how the ruris tagged teamed up and tried to hurt and brainwash yuya, beat up yuugo and tazered Shay. All of suddden yuyas monster's effect destroys all monsters and they consider hin evil.

Sadly never. Yu-Gi-Oh games were never big money makers. The Tag Force series bombed to death and Konami had so little faith in the World Championship series, the last game they made for the 3DS was free, only came out for Japan and had a merely 1 Million DL. It's hard to get anyone to agree to work on Yugioh, since ~12 weeks of potential production hell one a regular 1-cour show is nothing compared to 3 years' worth with no breaks.
