YYH for me too, cried in the last episode.

I know what you mean. When I first watched the entire series all the way through, I put off watching the final episode for months because I didn't want YYH to end.
Space Dandy or anything with high rewatch value

Cried during the cave scene with puu, every time

Super choice. Probably unbeatable. I can use Rurouni Kenshin for some comfort too. Inuyasha too, but I wouldn't say it's a great series.
Mangawise: Rurouni Kenshin, Negima, and Takagi.

There's never been a series (manga, anime, book, tv show) that ended so powerful. I felt so good. Of course the series ended but man, those last 5 minutes are great.
gintama, gto or detective conan,
Cardcaptor Sakura and Clannad are comfy (obviously the latter requires proper selection of which episodes to watch)

Card Captor Sakura or Yuru Yuri

I want more comfy grunts hanging out with each other. I love those scenes in Thunderbolt.

maison ikkoku is super comfy, and ended up being a lot more relatable than I thought
