I don't think she was meant to do anything in the plan compared to the others, and Mugino could at least be used as a soldier.

The entire ranking system never even needed to be shared, come to think of it. Crowley could have kept it to himself, but he probably decided to release rankings because he knew it would increase jealousy and nurture conflict for Touma

Catching up on novel/threads

Ok, so I think the best way to handle Crowley is to put him in Blue border. Between blasting rod, archetype controller, and the multiple Crowley fuckery, it's just too hard to actually scale him in a concrete way. And it ends discussion on where he falls regarding the magic gods. Personally, I feel this better suits him anyway since his whole theme is more based on hard counters, keikakus, and using people's actions against themselves, rather than raw power. Plus more Touma parallels.

I took the suggestion of an anon a few months ago and made him Magic/Special as well. This is to maintain consistency with Noukan and further highlight his strange abilities/connections. I also made him En Masse for obvious reasons.

Everyone cool with that?

We do not know what power Lola has. It is necessary to wait NT19.

With Blasting Rod, Crowley at their level. +/- According to NT18, he uses their own strength and becomes stronger with BR.
