My guess is real!Ciel swallowed the ring (candy), and fake!Ciel took it out after summoning Sebastian, assuming his identity.

The sickly and more cowardly twin adopted his brothers persona in order to carry out their revenge, since he was too weak to.

Too short and no scar, so probably not the Undertaker.

Agni's supernaturally fast and strong and can go toe to toe with Sebastian, but got outpaced by the knife user. Whoever it is is dangerous.

I've seen people say that it's Lizzy, but I really doubt a zombie shota and little girl who got whooped bad by Sebastian would be able to kill Agni.

Whoever it was, they were fast enough to out dex build Agni, but not strong enough to break his death grip on the door - though, even Sebastian couldn't, and had to tear the handle off to open it. Like someone else mentioned, I believe it's a zombie brother due to Undertaker although I wonder what his goal is and I guess he has Lizzy under his control too. What I also want to see confirmed as well is that Vincent is a psycho dick and tried to sacrifice his family to become stronger like gaining shinigami powers. Undertaker and Vincent have a connection that was mentioned several chapters back and want to see if that leads to Vincent being the final big bad.

I really, really don't see this at all. Vincent was psycho in regards to his role as the Queen's Watchdog, but there's nothing to support him doing shit to his own family.

Undertaker and Vincent were close friends, and there's also the grandfather theory, so Undertaker has a stake in the family as a whole, and is a bit less than sane.

It's a real stretch, but some people think the Undertaker, before he committed suicide and became a reaper (or, somehow as a reaper), was potentially Vincent's father (or knew his grandmother in some other way). This is because he's seen playing with a charm with her name and a date on it in ch35. What's more likely is that he just has some sort of as of yet unexplained relationship with Vincent's family line, and became too close to Vincent and his family in particular, leading to current events with the zombies.

If Soma died, it would drastic change Agni's character. Remember that Agni basically worships Soma as his 'sun and wind'. Killing Soma would have either lead Agni an hero himself or drastic change as a character. You would not get the gap moe character that everyone loves anymore.

I never get the hate for Soma. Yeah, he started as a selfish, spoiled and naive prince but after the Curry Arc, he got better and started to anticipate other's feelings and help them out. Losing Agni is basically destroying whatever naivety he was holding on to after the Curry Arc. We'll see if he honor Agni's wish to stay the same or not. But considering this is Kuroshitsuji, it's doubtful, at least at first.
