Please, Osamu only gets bullied because he's trying to compete well above his actual level. He is really weak but has really high goals. He also gets help by a lot of people who have no obligation whatsoever to do so, it doesn't really qualify as bullying. She was a horrible person, no one is denying that fact( although the show was full of cunts who were cunts to each other) but it would be a lie to say that she herself was not suffering at the same time. Of course that doesn't justify her actions but her character does develop greatly and she becomes a better person or less malevolent at the end.
