How is it that all the familiars seem to want Yukina's blood?

I thought each familiar needed a different girl. Yukina's blood awakened Koujo's first familiar which was fine. Then there was the 2 headed serpent but she only awakened half of it (other half was awoken by La Folia) so that's sort of a special case. Then there was the familiar on the cruise ship but Avrora was there so she might have awakened it herself and simply let Koujo take control of it.

This new familiar Kiffa Ater seems to have no such explanation though. Yukina's blood is definitely the reason that both Regulus Arum and Kiffa Ater have awoken.

So what's the secret here? Could Koujo simply go to the blood bank and unlock all of his familiars immediately?
