I used to. I was seriously national-level athlete from about 18-23. That muscle mass hasn't totally gone away.

But the leanness has.

I used to be able to run for hours. HOURS. No problem. I loved it, legit. 7 flights of stairs makes me pant for 20 seconds now and I'm pissed. I'm not fat, but I really need to get back into the cycle. Lift heavy and do cardio, anons. That's a serious tip from an older anon.
