In my opinion it pretty much sums up OPM as a manga and Saitama as a characte. It's about villains beating up side characters, and Saitama(the readers self insert) stepping in to put an end to it when enough is enough.

That doesn't mean he's invincible though. Light Yagami could give him a heart attack, and any time traveler could prevent his birth. Also mosquitos seem to be his weakness so any Sherlock Holmes type characters could figure that out and give him Malaria.
