Digital lets you undo mistakes, whereas doing it physically means fuck you start again every time you do it a bit wrong.

The art in the last couple chapters is demonstrably better than in the chapters just prior to the most recent hiatus. I was pretty forgiving with the digital art for the most part, but there are some truly abhorrent displays in 345-347. He has improved since pic related.

Lost Children and Conviction were the high point of the manga, both in terms of art and writing.

Digital garbage aside, Miura clearly has no idea what to do with Berserk any more.

I would say it's good, since we could be getting the Bastard treatment, but the plot has moved so little in the past 7 years, those yearly chapters are almost as good as nothing.

It makes me really said because this was one of my favourite manga.

But the point of the hell hound isn't that the two personalities are separate, it's literally him, as evidenced by the fact that the beast willingly went into dormancy. It represents the desire that Guts is actively suppressing, rather than being some supernatural entity. The Berserker armor simply destroys the inhibition, as well as being meant as a super-weapon in the first place.
