There is no point in making Anime.
Miku has no canon personality, that's the main idea behind Vocaloids. Every fan of her has different interpretation so sudden canon material would angry everyone. Also you cannot just make interesting Anime out of nothing, just because characters are popular, it would end up as disaster.
