Her power is literally get out of jail free card. Who cares what happens after the show when the main investigator/police guy falls for her, they can secure easy get away anywhere.

I mean the author could do a spin off manga about her adventures following the series if that could please your inquisitive mind. Then again, another person could wonder what happened to the cult following the massacre? Why isn't that shown at the end? Then the author would have to write another story wrapping that up.

In the end, the main problem isn't author's lack of proper conclusion for the loose issues, but rather you're not able to see the manga for what it was. A story about the main character and his love, not side characters and their stories.

As she escaped, she came across Nishijima who wanted to arrest her.
He did handcuff her and the two ran from Takao, escaping into a dressing room of some media station.
Minene had to take a piss but Nishijima refused to remove the handcuffs, standing outside the stall door while she pissed. She kept calling him a pervert and tells him not to peek or even listen pissing off Minene. As she was done, the toilet wouldnt flush and out of embarassment of her business not going down, she kicked the pipes which broke and sprayed at her.

Nishijima ended up removing the cuffs for her to get new clothes which ended up being that outfit. Minene blushed Nishijima referred to her as looking cute and he fell ontop of her, grabbing her tits in the process.
Minene then tried to shoot him to escape and lured Takao into a trap.
A music studio with several amplifiers and a mic which has a flashbang attached to it, knocking him the fuck out.
