>/a/- Anime & Manga
>99% anime
Care to explain?
mods delete manga threads
People are too busy reading and enjoying manga to come on here and shitpost about it. Anime watchers on the other hand, well, you know.

/a/ is full of secondaries and animeonly fags who can't read. Check Maidragon or Koe no Katachi threads for example.
Why don't you make manga threads instead of complaining about the lack of manga threads?
Meta threads are against the rules.
>>157284986
There's a reason why it's /a/ - Anime & Manga and not /m/ - Manga & Anime.
Mangafags are the true secondaries here.

Hiro sanctioned one metathread a day.

>Not just watching manga on youtube
because mangafags are obnoxious elitists
>>157285383
>obnoxious elitists
That used to be all of /a/, a few years ago.
>>157285099
Actually it's because /m/ is for Mecha
>>157285429
/m/ isn't nearly as old as /a/ is so you're wrong.
>>157285429
That's irrelevant because /a/ existed before /m/
>>157284986
/a/ refuses to believe that its board culture chokes out manga and other niche discussion and any mention of splitting the board is met with autistic screeching.
>>157284986
>source is NTR
>>157285750
I agree. /mango/ when?
>>157284986
I read manga constantly, I am sure that a good portion of /a/ does as well. Is just that, firstly, there are too many weekly manga, so it's kind of hard to expect weekly threads about them unless they are super popular or else threads would die quickly. Secondly, the average manga chapter has a lot less development than an anime episode, so there is less to discuss.
>>157285099
uhh actually it's because it's the first letter of the alphabet and first board duh
sick of endless kemono friends and jc generals
Kids don't like to read, not even picture books

Mods are faggots, that's why
LNs should be there as well

>using a word wrong
>ignorant of source material often enough to have a problem with it
I don't know which is worse.
Because manga isn't accessible enough for the uncultured, facebook, basic bitch normies who browse /a/. They don't have the time or attention span to read 50+ updates a day like I do, since they're too busy reading their own facebook posts and sending eachother dickpics on snapchat.

Surprisingly, we had a 500 posts D-Frag thread just yesterday. It was very comfy.
I guess someone should continue the "What are you reading?" threads to revive manga discussion.
>anime & manga
>not manga & anime

Hello, crossboarder.
At least we aren't like /tv/
>>157284986
Manga is inferior, simple as that. Nobody wants to stare at black-and-white unmovable images in the wrong order when you can have 1080p perfectness in colour topped with music and Seiyuus' nectar dropping in your ears
>>157284986
That's false though, there are a lot of threads about running anime adapted from manga, and in those threads there's a lot of talk about the manga.
