The interesting thing about it would be that in each episode there would be a segment with of the fictional Anime/Manga/LN/VN the girls are reading/working on with a different art style.

The four main characters practically write themselves with that set-up:
The innocent-ish pseudo-main girl who likes magical-girls and comedy
The dizzy girl who only likes super-duper cute things
The tomboy who likes mecha/military/train-stuff etc.
The energetic girl who seems all cool-like, but is actually a sucker for sappy love-stories.

And some side characters are apparent as well:
The teacher who's 'secretly' into this stuff as well (This would allow some older anime styles)
The perverted school council member / school newspaper journalist (or something like that) who barges in every now and again and is the main source of fan service when she interjects her ideas into the stories


Overall, its far from revolutionary for the most part, but the 'gimmick' of the stories within the story, drawn in unique art styles would make up for that, i think...
