I think Shindou had more importance than Meatguy. Meatguy had a big fight scene but Shindou was strategizing with his team throughout, showing both sides of his personality and he was extremely effective in the 2nd round working with Deku. He was also a gigantic fucking sperg. Like, he had a big stick up his ass about UA.

While Inasa's wind attack was cool, his drama kind of turned me off with him. Felt like he was kind of like a Kirishima clone obsessing over HOT (manly) things. Also, the earthquake was pretty killer too.

They don't. He fought and saw his friends, he didn't want to burn his friends. In the second exam, the only thing I found weird was the fact that he didn't go to fight Orca. If he had done so, he would have definitely passed. The fact that Hori didn't show exactly what he did makes things more mysterious too. It's still his own fault, it's like saying that Todo, Inasa and Meat failing are not their fault. All these issues matter. If Meat had not been a retard, he would have passed quickly.

Oh I would love them to, don't get me wrong. It's just how I see it going. Ending the first episode with Todoroki activating his fire side is perfect, but if they want to flesh out the other fights than they can. I don't think they WILL (especially since the upcoming episode will do all of the showcasing of the other students), but ya never know.

If they stick with the 2-chapter per episode pace they're doing (besides the next episode, obviously), here're my predictions.

This coming episode will obviously be the filler fights, ending with Uraraka and Bakugou stepping out onto the stage.

Next episode will be that fight, and the episode will end with Deku and Midoriya about to fight.

Todoroki Origin will obviously cover up to the reveal of the fire half.

As for the ending of the arc, I expect the ending to be Todoroki meeting his mother at the hospital, so the pacing would be uneven.

At that point in the manga, Todo was clearly stronger than Bakugou. Did you forget about how he was able to create a blast as strong as a 100% smash? He was also able to produce ice to prevent himself of going out the arena from the collision of those forces. Bakugou's best bet would be close-combat but even if he's stronger in that regard, Todo is still capable of reacting quick enough to catch someone like Iida. Having a rematch would be pretty hype.

As a hero Shinso's power is completely worthless in most heroic scenarios as most heroes would just help him out if he asked anyway and if an organisation of villains learned his secret he would be fodder.

As a hero literally the best he can hope to achieve is minor supporting hero status doing crowd control and coercing already captured villains into talking. I mean, say he gets to the villain, what's honestly going to happen? He asks a question and they just eviscerate him.

In fact now that I really think about it, Shinso being a hero could do more harm than good. If he gets to a villain and mind controls them and that information spreads all villains will stop monologuing realising they could get mind controlled just for talking. Like 90% of all upper end villains gets defeated because of monologue bullshit.
