This is not just Touma's name, it's some sort of power that seems to be related to Touma somehow. Everyone is theoriziing that Touma has some sort of hidden power that allows him to destroy magic and even kill Magic God and that IB was actually sealing that power.
The question now would be from where does this power come from and if Touya has it too.
