How do you deal with reading so many manga at the same time? Sometimes I have to go back a few chapters when a new one updates so I recall what the fuck is going on.
Do you have an issue with dropping something you dislike, or are you the type that sees it through to the end, no matter how bad it ends (assuming it ever gets fully translated at all for the non-moonrune readers)?
I only read completed ones.
How do you deal with this?

You deal with it by learning niprunes.

This. If something is really promising I might read it up to the current chapter and then forget about it for a few years to reread the entire thing to completion.

I have a good memory and only have to go back a little if I wasn't reading series a year or more to refresh it.Would be better to use it to remember something more useful, but oh well.

Stop reading bad manga. I've read over 5,000 complete series and I now only read LNs and manga that are worthy of my time. Right now there are 12 worthwhile LN series and 45 worthwhile manga currently in publication, less if your tastes are limited in scope. Easy to follow.
Is there any manga exclusive tracker?
I know about goddess, but I prefer the autism levels of Gazelle-based sites.

I use mangarock, sends me a notification as soon as a new chapter is uploaded which is nice.

You say it while posting here.

Very occasionally I'll have to go back 1 chapter to remember which story it is.
But work on your memory anon. It's important.

I tend to go back one or two chapters for monthly or bi-monthly releases, weeklys are fine. I try seeing most series through, but if I really don't like it after ~50 chapters, or I've been reading for a while but it gets really, really bad I'll drop it.
Usually don't pick a serious back up after dropping it, only one case I can remember:KHR
