There's no need for them to stay together and fight together for like 20 more chapters. Touka has been in love with Kaneki for a very long time now and waited her ass off for 4 years. Now he's back but still kept avoiding her like a beta so of course she's taking charge and wants to get to second base as quick as possible.

But I doubt that her jumping on top of Kaneki in this chapter was just because she's horny. She knows that he's feeling lonely and wants to be loved so when he almost started crying bitch tears over Hide she decided that it'd be the best to give him that love he desires right the fuck now.

Kaneki is still pretty emotionally unstable and suicidal as is, maybe she doesn't want to upset him further? Albeit, at this stage saying nothing about Hide will damage their relationship if it spills out in the future.

This would be most likely. I just re-read the chapter where she tells Tsukiyama that he shouldn't let his ego take over and try to force Kaneki's memories back. Along those lines I would think that she wouldn't consider it her place to decide for him if it's best that he knows about Hide or not.
