It depends on the plot of the AMV. It might prove that she is a villain, a heroine or something in the middle. If she is a villain they could use it to convince Mamika and Aliceteria, since of now they only have "her laugh" and "her author might have made her crazy enough to destroy the world".

Souta might have starting doubting Meteora though, something like "Setsuna is a good girl, she wouldn't create something evil" especially if he recognized Hime because of Setsuna's traits in her. Likely not part of his reasoning, but if the government realize he is the closest human alive to the villain who is causing chaos and possibly wants to destroy the world he might have his freedom restricted, especially since Meteora and Selesia would end up becoming his permanent bodyguard.
