I was just rereading the chapter and two pages before that panel, I realized you sorta get an angle of where Eren is standing at. The background of this page is incredibly detailed compared to that panel. Actually, the undisputed good guys are the Eldians on Paradis Island. They are ignorant of any history and live in fear of Titans. ZBRAP attack the walls simply because Marley seeks to gain the Founding Titan as a WMD in their conquest of other peoples (like the Middle East Union). It doesn't get any more clear cut than that. Also, they use child soldiers, holding their families and ppl basically hostage, forcing them to comply. Annie would have killed Reiner and Berthold both if her dad wasn't being held over her head....

I don't know if I'd call the Attack Titan's martial arts a power unique to it, it probably just fights to the best of its ability. So if the shifter has training it uses that training.

We know the Armored and Beast Titans can use hardening as well but the Female Titan seems to be the best at using it. We see both Reiner and Zeke struggle to use it quickly and both end up being defeated because of it. Eren probably could have done this on his own as well but cheated with Titan science.

The Mule Titan's mobility and endurance seem to play a large part in its skillset, it's able to crawl and leap around to a much greater extent than the others. Also the user seems to be able to maintain the form longer than other shifters.

Beast Titan seems to be extremely dexterous as well as strong. It also retains the ability to speak as a Titan, something Eren tried to do but couldn't.

I always thought what made Attack Titan special is that he's just an all round good titan who's not specialised.
He's top height when it comes to normal titans. Only CTs and MT are bigger.
AT is 15 meters too, but he's slowed down by armor.
He's a meter bigger than FT and has her hardening power. Frieda's titan was only 13 meters. No idea if that's the normal size for the founding titan.
Needless to say he outclasses mule.

Not as fast as the fastes titan, not as strong as the strongest etc, but good all round stats.

From what we've seen it just seems to have the best natural proficiency with hardening. While Reiner and Zeke struggled to harden their weakspots Annie was able to quickly harden specific parts of her Titan body like it was second nature.

I'm not sure why they stuck with calling it the Female Titan. I firmly believe that was just meant to be what the Survey Corps called it as a way to distinguish it from other Titans, but Zeke calls it that too.

It could be that the Founding Titan is also inherently female and the reason this doesn't show on Eren is because he ate Grisha, who was the Attack Titan before he got the Founding Titan.

And like I said, Reiner tried and failed to harden when he was in a pinch, no one is able to do it as fast as Annie. Hard to say whether this is an ability unique to her Titan or just from training, though if it's the latter it doesn't make much sense that she would be so much better at it than Reiner.
