They could do it in under ten minutes, really. They meet, Setsuna gets namedropped, Hime counters his concerns with her real plan, he joins. As long as she isn't actually destroying the world, he's got two good reasons; one, Setsuna, and two, offer himself as a creator in order to keep the others safely out of it.
Even if Hime wants to chuunisplain everything in extreme length like Meteora, that's still only take two episodes and half of us will praise it just because of her voice.

She did has meaningful interaction with Souta during the sunset coffee scenes though. It's more than what Chuuni or other girls have so far. Also, Selesia was important when the creators tried to upgrade her and failed, thus establishing some rules for the world.
