Izetta. That's because she uses large amounts of plot protection whereas Tanya does not. Izetta's power supply is infinite provided she remains close to a vein while Tanya runs out. However, Tanya is smart and would immediately think of dirty ways to win.

But in a fight where two chars are in the SAME STORY and one char is heavily protected by the author and the other char is less protected by the author, the one that is protected (izetta) will win.
