It's bad because even with 22 episodes they still need to waste entire episodes on info dumping with debatable animation quality. Having that much time to make the plot move smoothly but failing to do so is a big sign of bad writting and producing.
And for those of you who are in denial about it, yes it is isekai.

Clockwork Planet is bad because all its faults are magnified by the horrific pacing.
Most of the time when a show is badly paced, its too slow. Clockwork Planet moves through narrative peaks insanely fast, making you wonder if they are deliberately truncating the story to squeeze in something cool.
Sadly, that something cool never comes.

Absolute worst show this season is Zero Kara. Alice to Zouroku is a very close second.

I dropped Re:Creators because I already had an abysmal opinion of Troyca after sitting through all of Aldnoah. Two episodes where barely anything happens outside of introductions, people saying that it gets infodumpy in the boring way, and that it's a two cours show doesn't sound appealing to me.

As for bad shows that I'm actually still watching, Clockwork Planet has to be the top. Part of it is because I read some of the manga. But I'm surprised at how badly they completely fucked up the direction and pacing. The manga was far from high art but at least it was paced properly and had decent art. Can't say the same for the anime but at least it has Kakuma Ai talking into my earholes so it's not all bad.

Second cour LWA is okay, but it has bad filler episodes and isn't really this season's show.

Re-Creators I keep watching and I don't know why.

Saekano s2 is genuinely hard to watch. It's way too melodramatic for a show about video games and almost all the characters are complete cunts. Utaha is the only reason I haven't dropped it yet.
