ONE is pretty good making panneling, composition, use of black and white and overall attention to detail. He's also a good story teller and can work some very expressive faces with simple lines. His anatomy knowledge being pretty basic doesn't mean he's a bad artist. OPM and MP100 are good because he understands storytelling, and what truly makes a comic and a drawing good.

There are many artists with basic stylized/iconic designs that require almost no knowledge of anatomy but that nonetheless aren't composed of inconsistent scribbles for both linework and shading. He is a bad artist, and simply having some redeeming features doesn't change that.
