I am so tired of this shit on pages. Instead of created multiple CSS (detecting the browsers, resolution etc) people use external sites and pull down fuck huge (relatively) files which pull down others just to make your pages.

Bootstrap, jquery, nodejs etc all these other tools are reacquired on many pages you view, yes they have smaller versions, but they are huge files and the page in-question doesn't need the full capabilities of that file.

It's worse with mainsteam websites though, you watch how a script calls a bunch of other scripts connects to multiple servers just to pull down some additional images relating to the article you're reading. Whole page is easily 10mb+ without the full sized image.

I wanted to re-watch Binbougami-ga, recently and I noticed that half of the eps I'd downloaded to my archive were raws. So I went and downloaded gg's subs (there literally aren't any other viable options, still, after all these years) and I was instantly reminded why I was watching it raw.

Maybe it's because I can understand Japanese pretty well, but gg absolutely ruined a good series with their shitty meme subs. This is exactly why we hate the meme cartel.
