Keep in mind that some of the novels might get shrunk down a bit if they're just aiming for WW3. BR could honestly be cut down in half as far as overall plot relevancy goes, since half the teams never even appear anymore.
Same goes for DRAGON since its main purpose is explaining why Accel and Shiage are also in Russia.
SS2 could frankly be skipped since it mostly covers pointless things or introduces characters that aren't too important, barring perhaps Ollerus.
All that's left is Terra, Acqua, Brexit and WW3.
