>>156927014
Or read the rest of the Kaiji Manga
The mahjong arc after the pachinko battle was my favourite, I wish it were animated
>>156926950
>ending
Read the manga faggot.
>>156927216
I know its not the ending thats why I liked it was a good send off alluding to more adventures for Kaiji.
>>156927116
The problem here is not many people know the rules and it would just be a mess.
>>156927237
>Good send off
>the old man who saved him at the pachinko at the end also throws him the fuck out and tells him to fuck off and die
>the people he rescued turn out to be huge traitorous pieces of shit that immediately fuck him over
Kaiji is suffering anon
>>156927275
Jesus dude I know its a great send off nothing changed hes still an idiot.
>>156927275

>no Strongest man Kurosawa anime
>>156926793
I hate it!!
>>156930024
HE HATES IT
>>156927014
But Kaiji is such a better character then Akagi
>>156927257
Yea I read it without understanding the rules properly, but what I think is amazing about fukomoto is the fact that he conveys emotions and tension so well through his drawing. Even when I didn't understand what had just happened, I could understand the gravity behind it through the way that fkmt presented it.

ZAWA ZAWA
>reading the manga before the anime
I've learned the lesson.
>>156927257
Not that Minefield Mahjong is hard to understand, you just need a winning hand that only needs 1 tile to win (tenpai I think), and you can only win with the tiles your opponent throws (that would be ron).
If you understand this then that arc isn't hard to get.
The only thing I didn't get is the scoring system.
they need to make a zero anime
>>156932467
Are you talking about Yaku or the multipliers for getting hands that are better than a Mangan?
>>156932677
Second.
washizu comes back to life again in the next chapter of akagi
>>156932748
proof
>>156929784
Kurosawa is a masterpiece
>>156932694
It's not that hard to understand if you know that after mangan the values of a hand are limited to Haneman, Baiman, Sanbaiman and Yakuman.
It usually takes 2 han to increase the value of the hand to the next level.
haneman is 1.5x, baiman is 2x, sanbaiman us 3x and yakuman is 4x
