It's very fast, but Pegasus is leagues faster. It's an ancient beast on par with a dragon, and Saber was genuinely hopeless against it without an Excaliblast. Iskandar isn't well-suited to fighting servants that have raw firepower on their side. He's best against types that use manpower like he does, or personal skill like Lancelot.
