Daily reminder that if you affected by nyaa.se you are casual and do not belong here.
>The Few. The Proud. The Chosen. Animybtes
also fuck off we are full your refugees
Was Nyaa providing a service that you couldn't find anywhere else? Release groups will find other sites to upload to, and you could always find what you're looking for thru google and aggregators like torrentproject.
Anime-centric torrent sites don't have a giant target on their back like the ones that release western content do. Give it a few months and there will probably be an even better site replacing it. If not? Then get an invite to some private trackers and keep an eye on your ratio.
It's not the end of the world. Losing kickass torrents hurt more
Fucking commies I swear.
>implying i use nyaa for anime
its for the porn and im still mad about it
>tfw wanted to give an invite to someone that posted their MAL here
>disabled messages AND friend requests
Daily reminder that I can't invite you if I have no way of contacting you.
I found myself in similar situation as well. The thing that sucks about animebytes is that they don't upload things that aren't FULLY complete.
Such as the Yawara BDs that are getting subbed, along with Aim for the Ace 2 and the better encode of Moomin.
Thankfully though all the encoders for these shows have websites and alternative DL links/magnets so I'm fine.
>don't upload anything that isn't complete
In theory. But in practice those things are also allowed if you make sure to specify they aren't complete. Certain restrictions come with that. But Astroboy for example is on AB incomplete and dub-only. If you keep pointing that out you can get any other release in with the same criteria
Also, another thing I realized today with the loss of nyaa is the fact that some people time subtitles for raw shows and post them in them comments to download.
This is a loss, especially when I want to get the rest of the bunnyhatraw Sailor Moon seasons.
For private trackers? Private torrents have info that can be traced back to your account. Magnets won't work either because private torrents tell your client to disable DHT for that particular torrent.
>those things are also allowed if you make sure to specify they aren't complete
I thought uploading incomplete stuff was totally against the rules.
I swear I remember reading that somewhere.
nothing of value
I found some people on MAL that would be more than willing to join. Gotta spend those elite invites on something.
It is against the rules unless you point out that it's not since Astro Boy is up just fine. You might need special permission, but in theory if you have good enough an excuse you can upload them just fine.
inviting people that are actively subbing/remuxing is the best thing for both the tracker and myself as I get remuxes is what I found. Turns out people are willing to do stuff for invites.
>have nyaa pinned on new tab
>keep reflexively clicking on it
It's just muscle memory, I swear.
>if you have good enough an excuse you can upload them just fine.
OK and I feel like that excuse would mean I'd have to be the original encoder for those incomplete shows, which I am not. So it would be extremely weird for me to upload them when they're incomplete.
>shilling a dead meme
Here's your (You), now get out.
>Anything by Toei
Nitpicking a shitty studio aside. Sailor Moon gets her ass carried every epside and some of the 'powers' overlap already existing powers. So other than being poorly written it's good sure I'll see to that
ask on their forums why Astroboy is allowed to have an incomplete, english-dub only release. The replies are going to be hilarious.
Toei is historically an amazing/iconic studio though. Also you obviously haven't watched that much Sailor Moon in the first place with that shallow analysis so I don't think your opinion really has much gravity.
>kinda irritated by nyaa death but not really because other options
>first thought is tokyo tosho
>second is irc by lurking who is subbing what
>MUH PRIVATE TRACKER PLEBS
Have fun wasting your upload speed to keep downloading
Oh yeah, I remember one episode of Maison Ikkoku BD ver. had a fucked timing and the anon that put the subs commented with a DL for the correct one. One of 96 doesn't sound that bad but it indeed happened more often than not.
>Toei is historically an amazing/iconic studio though
This is, quite literally, the opposite of an argument. 'iconic' isn't even a positive.
>you haven't seen it
Why wouldn't I have seen it? What could I possibly gain from talking about a show I haven't seen? Literally nothing.
Prove it wrong.
>your opinion's gravity
literally irrelevant. Why have you done nothing but attack my person with baseless claims? Why not the contents of my post?
what pisses me off the most, is that there are problem some fuckwit copyright lawyers in EU right now patting themselves on the back for this when they weren't even targeting nyaa with that case.
>fuckwit copyright lawyers in EU caring about chinese girl cartoons in the first place
You are a worthless pleb if you do not directly break into the studio, find the raw cells, and then flip book through the episode while listening to the sound recordings. You people disgust me.
Thanks! It's the same case for a lot of these kind of show. Very minor fansubs do them over a metric fuckton of time. A shame, seeing how seasonal trash can have (or used to have, I'm not that into it anymore) three semitalented fansubbers working on it.
It hasn't affected me hugely so far. I just have to go to to the subbing groups webpages instead of getting new anime on nyaa. I will miss downloading old anime I guess, but I guess I can just watch the majority of it on Kiss-anime and buy the bluray of things I actually like
>For private trackers? Private torrents have info that can be traced back to your account.
Aren't torrent files just plaintext metadata and hashes of the file chunks? What's to stop someone from editing out any identifiers?
>muh super special sekrit club
No, how about you fuck off. It's rude to talk while your mouth is still full of fat sweaty cocks. I have a ton of sources that are miles fucking better, have the shit I actually want, and I don't have to be a fucking seed cuck.
But animebytes doesn't have the latest manga/magazine raws casual faggot.
Anime is the lowest hanging fruit any one can obtain it, it's the raws/osts/live action/obscure stuff etc etc that was lost which was of value.
Yeah. If the translation is more than half a decade old chances are it's on AB. Not sure why you'd watch a novel adaptation of a chldren's novel though. Those books are classics for a reason: their translation. if you're going to watch a mediocre adaptation of a written novel by all means be my guest. But no fansub can rival the actual translation
Anime is ok and all, but where the fuck do I get my dlsite stuff now. That was a bigger loss.
>implying TT is dead already
>implying queue times will matter if hardly anyone is using them because muh sekrit private tracker club
>implying fansubbers won't still just make magnet links on other trackers
That's just like, your opinion, man
>make everyone pay their fair share owed, instead of welfare babying nigger new fags.
Anon... I got bad news for you, THEY NO LONGER USE CELLS
>thinking this is bait, because of grammar
Never change man, you should of thought it was bait because of the pic,and the current situation on /a/ .
>>implying TT is dead already
I wasn't implying that at all.
>>implying queue times matter
>implying they don't
>implying private trackers don't get exclusive releases because people they have the incentive to
Enjoy IRC though. meanwhile I can't even get the Doki version of Air through it. Sure love downloading files that are unrelated to the series I asked for.
Nice. I'd buy them if I had money.
I have no problem finding anime right now, but where are you guys getting your porn now? Mikocon seems to cover most VNs, but I haven't found any decent place for most of the stuff that is released off dlsite other than anime-sharing which is too slow.
>I wasn't implying that at all.
Actually you are if you're assuming irc is my first choice
>implying private trackers don't get exclusive releases because people they have the incentive to
I'm sure you were trying to say something about trying to keep off of public trackers for less publicity or more seeders, but that sentence is like a retard jigsaw puzzle
You're looking for a decade old show with a specific fansub. Why the fuck should anyone else care about your cherry picking? You're going to find shows you can't find easily on private trackers either
>watching creatively bankrupt adaptations of objectively better written novels
Lets ignore that half of them are in that awful Ghibli/Miyazaki artstyle that omits any type of shading from the characters. They're so low on budget and slow-paced why would anyone watch them? Let alone that awful audio quality making the voice-acting even more grating than it already is?
By all means. Watch it. But I'm not particularly looking forward to how they censored a bunch of children's novels to appeal to their market myself. Again, your fansubs don't rival the professional written novels.
I'll be honest. I didn't read your post at all after seeing the thumbnail of your 'reaction-image'.
Well if you can't string a legible sentence together or read a few sentences that works for me
Wow. Didn't know someone could be so anti-WMT. I don't know who hurt you anon, but this post was kind of sad to read considering the legacy those shows have had around the globe.
You're just bitter for no reason.
They were sold.
Fine. Now can you go back to pretending IRC is viable despite me not being able to download the stuff I want from it?
Bravo, you found air in 720p with one of the most awkward art styles and a specific sub on a private tracker when >>156787465 is happening on /g/. You sure told me for about a week
It's not on IRC. You're like the king of goal-post moving. In fact I don't think you even wanted to be taken seriously you just wanted to post unrelated reaction images. Like seriously. Not a single one that you posted was an appropriate reaction to have at that point in time. /g/ loves private trackers.
>720p, most awkward art styles, specific subs
You could also tell me it was in a specific encode or specific audio format. Why didn't you? Because clearly I didn't know any of those things yet.
Fuck i was really spoiled by nyaa.
I can't understand anything in this thread, i've just bee using HS's magnets in the mean time but its already at the point of MUH SECRET ANIME STASH now.
Okay no reaction image then. You're late to the party. Air was a decade ago. Even the magnet link I found for the bd on TT was 5 years ago. You move just as many goalposts and pretend you're not, it's ridiculous. Even if /g/ loves it's elitist wanking over private trackers, even they aren't dumb enough to think it should be the only option
I bet in a few months, someone else will rebuild a public tracker (if not /g/ themselves) and it'll be flooded with shit like this and you'll only be able to say, "Well at least I didn't have to wait two months or use irc!"
>AB Elitists trying to damage control
I'm not moving goal posts. I can't find Air Doki on IRC. and at least 4 out of 18 on AB. You're the IRC cuck.
You're trying too hard. Nyaa lacks proper search functions.
Pretty shit, I am surprised /g/ got past the logo phase. You guys are all fuck'd cause /g/ is autistic and the layout will make all your normalfags rage.
>no welfare nigger count vs seeders
>not stockpile great anime for the great purge of internet "piracy"
>I have a username and password for my illegal torrents.
>WHAT COULD GO WRONG?!
>no, HS is all i need
I think it has more to do with the fact that /g/ is already on private trackers and already uses IRC. The logo design are the most interesting part of /g/ threads though. I almost always read just to see how the logo goes through its revisions even if I'm not interested in the original project. I'm not fucked though. I banned myself from AB after phishing some staff accounts for the lulz
They only have hardsubs on Funi shows as those have hardsubs. Unless you expect them to rewrite everything personally that's what you'll end up with. Though I heard Funi is dead so hardsubs should be a thing of the past.
third worlders don't count
>You guys are all fuck'd cause /g/ is autistic and the layout will make all your normalfags rage.
They should make the site operate console only just to block out retards like you.
You're the one focused on me only using irc. You completely ignore the first thing I said in my post. Next you'll call that goalpost moving because you can't read
Have a nice image with no words so you can actually see it
So, I just got back from work, and can finally relax a little.
Does anyone know what happened to nyaa? Or is it all still speculation? Is there a run-down copypasta that isn't speculation?
>Rating: G - All Ages
IF you want to watch censored trash. Go ahead.
>which WMT tend to be
please. Even the most retarded shiteater knows the opinions on WMT adaptations are polarized.
Beats me. I guess nobody thought of it. It would help computer/programming literacy if normalfags had to jump into a console to get their fix. Though, from what I've learned in my years of using the internet, if there is a simpler way to do something, usually it crops up. We'd back to where we are now in no time.
I mean, obviously it's because of the criminalizing distribution of pirated content (or so I heard, with nyaa's owner being a jittery swede), but I thought that was just speculation? Or I guess a better term would be conjecture.
>IF you want to watch censored trash. Go ahead.
You claimed it was a children novel, it's not even if the adaptation is for all ages.
Also an adaption doesn't has to be 100% faithful to be good.
>please. Even the most retarded shiteater knows the opinions on WMT adaptations are polarized.
Not really, for the most their adaptation are well regarded.
Is /a/ going to turn into various private trackers and public users shitposting at each other and become /v/ 2.0?
Maybe anime really was a mistake, I hope they exterminate all of it, no one not reporting the OP deserves any of it no matter what they use.
I literally had never heard of AB until like four years ago. Nyaa and BakaBT were all I ever needed, plus the occasional Doki. I never noticed people talking about AB here, so when I first heard of it, I assumed it was for normalfags.
Not to mention private trackers aren't necessarily a good thing. Jpopsuki has so many fucking retarded encodings I'm sure Daiz would probably kill himself if he saw them.
And you claimed it wasn't for some odd reason.
>Also an adaption doesn't has to be 100% faithful to be good.
But it isn't good regardless.
>most their adaptation are well regarded.
I'm just talking to an ESL at this point am I not? You're just too afraid to read me thinks.
it's not a regular N though it's like an upside down N. completely different
sadly I already know russian but you're probably right
if you already know japanese from being an anime addict you have no excuse (other than rutracker fucking sucks ofc
>And you claimed it wasn't for some odd reason.
>I'm just talking to an ESL at this point am I not? You're just too afraid to read me thinks.
I have read Les Misérables, is one of my favorites novels, which is why i'm interested in checking the adaptation.
Also how fucking uncultured are you, that you actually think Les Misérables is a children novel?
>my favorites novels
I needn't more evidence you're a shallow virtue signaller. Why can't women just leave men's hobbies alone? Their input never mattered. Go find your own hobby.
I didn't actually know there was a difference. Thanks for pointing that out.
Feels good finding new ways to trigger /g/entoomen
>Daily reminder that if you affected by nyaa.se you are casual
Finally, after 12+ years of streaming anime off of whatever garbage stream site pops up first in the google results, I am among the elite, the proud, the non-casual unaffected by "nyaa.se" (wtf is that)
Hello fellow anime watchers. My name is John Smith, I am from a new animation subtitle group called Favorite Baka Inu. Does anyone know of any other sites that are similar to Nyaa? Thank you and god bless.
DHT enabled didn't seem to work.
Read something about the magnets themselves auto-disabling DHT. I actually am too casual to know how to fix that.
According to QBT forums, there is nothing to be done about it.
Either way, the mirror for sukebei died for me. I wasn't able to get into it all day. Not that this is /a/'s concern.
>tfw got a good seed ratio on bakabt but never bothered getting an AB account
I guess you get the last laugh. I should've listened when there was still time.
>you are still technically downloading that content
I'm not going to let a technicality stop me
Does anyone know where I would find the Japanese titles of all these mangas in the Fakku dump? Would be nice if I could copypaste from somewhere.
i have a bakabt account but i have shit upload speed, so i'll never get an ok ratio. do they ban often and are the bans automatic if you reach a certain ratio?
and what about animbytes, if i get an account there will i be able to download let's say like 500 gb in a month before i get banned for shitty ratio?
>Still not having an AB account
>Didn't even fucking bother to make a BBT account while you had the chance
>Still doesn't know how to XDCC
>All of this in current year
I don't even feel bad for you short sighted fucks.
>it just works i dont have to improve
From what I've read, animebytes is one of the most strict trackers fucking period.
Almost 90% of anyone who has ever used it is permabanned.
I'd say don't bother unless you are offered. But you will likely get kicked. But use it while you have it.
>do they ban often and are the bans automatic if you reach a certain ratio?
Don't think so, the only thing they can do is limit you in downloading so that your download speed is 0.
Most private trackers give you unlimited ratio if you donate though I wouldn't recommend it unless you actually use it all and don't have to redonate monthly to keep your shit up.
Cause if you have to do it monthly then buying a seedbox is a lot cheaper. which is some storage digitally that allows you to seed properly, if you want to watch things you get it out of storage, meanwhile while you're busy with your day it seeds with proper upload speeds feeding your ratio. If you use multiple private trackers then that is the best option if your upload is shit and you download things from there often.
What a load of shit.
Are you trying to anti-shill?
i feel very bad for everyone who didn't hoard.
if you don't have a godlike upload speed and know some people, you will never get to use a private tracker.
xdcc bots only have more or less recent series.
all those classics and anime from the 00's and early 10's that people won't be able to watch. fuck i'm feeling with you.
just for fun i've been trying to dl triage x blu ray version now, to no avail. nowhere on the net to be found seeded or ddl unless you are on animebytes.
For AB you're going to be okay as long as you don't delete the torrent.
It's a good idea to keep your ratio up with more popular stuff though.
This is coming from someone with shit-tier australian internet, and I've had no problems using AB.
How the fuck do you even get to "know people" anyway?
This isn't exactly the kind of hobby that we share with people.
And you are generally forbidden from asking or getting to know anyone who does.
Somebody please explain something to me.
>hurrdurr look at me, I'm a 1337 oldfag with an AB account, I'm so great at downloading anime
OK, so download some anime for yourself.
>I can't download any more anime for a while, I've got to build up and maintain my ratio or I'll get banned
Cool story, bro.
Why are private trackers so thoroughly useless?
They're a good trump card for when public trackers fail to have a properly seeded torrent. Otherwise, it doesn't really matter either way, because we know the people shitposting about owning an AB account either don't watch anime, or don't seed, if they even have an account at all.
I can't wait for ABfags to get blown the fuck out by the new public tracker after sucking massive dick to get into a sekrit club that will never actually be relevant.
All it really takes is for one guy who has an account with one private tracker, to use it to get invited to another like AB.
He only needs a few seconds to gather evidence to initialize a DMCA process.
I wonder how often private trackers still managed to get takedown notices. Probably hasn't happened yet but I wonder.
AB is clearly a decent backup for most people and not some poster sekrit club bullshit people keep spouting because they didn't get an invite.
> This isn't exactly the kind of hobby that we share with people.
But you should.
Literally more than half of my university, including girls and teachers, watches anime, nobody ever considered it shameful.
>tfw watching latest seasonal ecchi on a fuckhuge projector screen during recess
>implying you need to be a normalfag
Just wait for applications like I did.
On AB it apparently does not matter.
A friend invite is still classified as public invite.
Which makes me wonder why lower level users are allowed to invite at all. As the only way your invite can count is if it was from a recruitment thread on TEH or some shit like that.
In any case, if you don't actually know the person who invites you, they will know. Even if they don't, there is no requirement for them to prove it. Nor will it matter if you can.
>AB is clearly a decent backup for most people
I literally said that in my post. Also, considering you have to be invited to get in, it's a sekrit club no matter what.
I know sarcasm is usually undetectable in text but come the fuck on man...
>you have to be invited
Applications only stopped because of this nyaa bullshit. Wait for the situation to stabilise and they'll open up again.
It should be obvious that I'm a filthy ESL faggot.
What's the proper word for 25-40 minute breaks between some classes (as opposed to usual 5-10 minutes breaks)?
Wait, what's the point of invite if I can't give it to an actual friend?
>implying I'm not already in
There's kind of a reason why I'm semi defending private trackers. I know first hand how good they are. They're not some kind of Ark or anything though.
Recess describes a period during primary education where children are allowed to play outside under supervision of teachers, but not leave school grounds or do anything really fun. The same word might be used for the time that inmates are allowed out into the "yard" in prisons.
>I would find the Japanese titles of all these mangas in the Fakku dump?
It's all wani, all the issues are right on the end look them up yourself.
as an example http://gyutto.com/i/item187349?select_uaflag=1 all the artists and chapters titles are listed.
>Applications were closed for years.
Straight-up bullshit. I joined about a year ago, and I remember someone talking about applications a few months ago on here.
I've been reading these threads since nyaa went offline, and it's mostly been the same fucking circleshitposting dotted with some random bits of info. Maybe we should just give it a rest, huh?
Definition of recess
: the action of receding : recession
: a hidden, secret, or secluded place or part
a : indentation, cleft a deep recess in the hill
b : alcove a recess lined with books
: a suspension of business or procedure often for rest or relaxation children playing at recess
But that would mean watching anime instead.
Nerd rage is serious business.
I can't think of many types of people who get as bitter about otherwise benign first world problems.
A douchebag will get angry and chuck bottles at people or take a baseball bat to somebody.
Nerds grab the AR-15.
I only watch a few currently airing shows nowadays (casual as fuck) but I'm still not affected by nyaa shutting down.
Now if HS shut down on the other hand, that would sure as hell affect us casuals. Oh and Eromanga-sensei is AOTS btw
Japan is pretty hardcore about price gouging.
And nyaa had more than just anime.
I think back to that Glass Reflection guy who shills for Crunchyroll and his "There is no excuse for piracy of anime if you are American"
A FUCKING LEAF.
Doesn't take the fact that anime doesn't always get officially released in English no matter how long you wait into account. And for manga its worse. And for Light Novels and Visual novels it is THE worst.
Maybe I could have had an english pirate copy and still supported the industry by having a nip version imported. But I certainly CAN'T do that if everything is private.
learn japanese and buy them instead einstein
or buy the translated ones if you're really that much of a weeb, personally can't understand the appeal of J→E garbo
either way they're not 50 big ones a pop like anime discs and are arguably more entertainment value
know for you
also for AB this isn't true if you start getting around the 1-2TB buffer. You'll find random torrents getting upload all the time. I know 1TB might seem like a lot. If it does then you probably don't really want to be contributing regardless.
>relied on nyaa
>never signed up to any private anime trackers
>nyaa replacement already working
What a bunch of autists you are.
On AB it doesn't matter to scare people of. It's not against the rules if you've actually read said rules. Having people feeling like they got in 'through illegal ways' also is a sure way to make them behave and be more likely to contribute.
On the day nyaa died, baka was still up.
Checked just now and you are certainly right. Had no idea.
Got a kick out of it though. Thanks.
Ah yeah, ABfaggots are filthy crossboarder. It's all make sense now
If he's telling you to learn Japanese, he's telling you to import.
Though, shipping costs combined with Nip gouging is hard as fuck.
If you can get it from like... China? You are in luck, because the shipping usually nothing.
Beware of Ebay China though, ebay somehow gets away with hiding the cost of shipping from China since the government pays for it. (It will obvious not pay for filthy Westerners to send broken shit back)
>this website I can't use is dogshit
I had an animebytes account, but abandoned it, since ab is shit.
Could reactivate it, but don't feel like its really necessary.
nyaa closing hasn't been much of a big deal for me at least.
bunko books in japan are somewhat cheap cause they're tiny and printed on shitty paper
shipping is atrocious ($9+) but gets a little more efficient if you order in bulk
probably ten bucks a volume realistically
sucks but unless you're trying to buy the monogatari series it's not as bad as buying anime
and if you know japanese you can always pick up the good old DJT collection
for translations there's always fucking bookwalker, but both bookwalker and translations are terrible
I can't use Nico Nico Douga but I still think its a good website comparatively.
But even if that was not the case, can you realistically expect someone to like a site that cannot even be used? Is there any realistic expectation of that?
Me too, AB was alright though, but I just didn't have much use for it, you can see who are casuals and newfags by how much they're panicking over this, whatever data got lost on sukeibei is the main loss.
Nyaa ui was miles better thne what we currently have.
I also still miss the option to filter out HorribleSubs.
Not too fucked though.
JAVs are fairly easy to find with Google for me as long as I got the code.
But I loved going to sukebei and just searching random Japanese words like "sumata" and nabbing what comes back in a game of fap roulette.
The only thing that it affected to me was Taiga became useless. The nyaa RSS feed they had was great. I could replace it with the new horrible subs one, then I would only be able to download their torrents tho via Taiga.
HorribleSubs still exists and fansubs are mostly Dead anyway
>tfw you had your bakabt acc removed for inactivity month ago, even though your ratio was good
I had an AB account, then after college when I didn't have time for jap kids cartoons I tried to get my account back with their support page or whatever and they just banned me. So I said fuck em.
Like Christ you realize AB is like 1/3rd hentai right?
it does, I been meaning to watch that animu for a while now. I think I'll do just that. I'm tired of proving that AB has pretty much everything when you combine in with all the other trackers out there.
>/a/ now supports elitistfags and sekkrit clubs
So someone give me a good tracker.
Are they actually trying to replace Nyaa though? Heard there was already an alternative site up and that they are just trying to put everything back up there.
Casuals don't torrent and archive anime. Every casual fan I know streams anime.
Most of Nyaa's audience was hardcore anime fans.
A mixture of Reddit and shitposting. The exclusive porn forums are worth it.
As per most trackers the scene releases to themselves first (IRC/website) then the torrent finds its way to a tracker, in the case of anime that would be nyaa. Nyaa as been the first major place for torrent grops to drop their warez because it's a public tracker. They do this for e-peen, can't get e-peen cred if it's a private tracker with 100~ or so actually on the torrent, compared to the THOUSANDS you'd get from nyaa.
You've got your priorities in the wrong order.
>Most of Nyaa's audience was hardcore anime fans.
Fuck you anon, you're casual
Hardcore fans buy BDs, and other merchandise with their soul as a collateral.
Well if I could combine the HorribleSubs one with the other RSS feeds, than I would be golden but I don't really want to work for my anime. I was a pretty piece of shit who used taiga
Thanks thats good to know, and its worth watching, feels like the OT Star Wars but with mecha on stilettos and a trap MC. Manga is supposed to be way better but I havent read it yet.
>No word from our provider yet on the progress, so unfortunately I can't give an exact ETA when we'll be back up.
>But we will be back.
I wouldn't even be surprised if this were true, anon.
Tired of this conversation. That direction is too predictable. Come up with something creative.
I know you're just trying to get a rise out of me. But Doki is the only translation out there. It doesn't look good by any means. But none of the Air encodes currently look good. Either way you're a retard defending IRC.
>Luck & Logic BD
Here's a pro tip. Do not share.
1. DL Luck & Logic and the RAW presented on AB 2. remux them together 3. upload new torrent to AB, and get guaranteed upload
>So someone give me a good tracker.
Nyaa and tokyotosho were supposed to be rivals back in the day. For some reason everyone stuck with Nyaa. With everyone scrambling for alternatives, I'm surprised no one is using tokyotosho. People would rather create a brand new site than support one that has been open for years.
>implying 24h FL is ever worth sacrificing 100GB for
Timing and typesetting should be an automated process. You only need to check it once and just move the script up a few frames for the other episodes. Even a child can do it. Typesetting should be copy pasted over automatically. Even better that you're being actually useful too.
It's shitposting regardless.
What is this website? It doesn't look like either Nyaa Pantsu or Sukebei. I had been away for only 2 days and what the hell am I missing?
Could somebody please link it for me?
That's obviously just Nyaa with custom CSS.
I don't know :^)
It can which is why you check quantity of frames.
>tfw no more JAVs
>tfw will have to download them from shitty download sites/trackers with slow speed
>say that leechers are killing torrents
>say that without forcing people to seed, torrents would die and nobody would be able to download them
>seed torrents with zero leechers and deny anybody access from downloading said torrent
There is no difference between a private torrent with 50 seeds and a public torrent with 0 seeds. The end result is the same. Nobody can download it.
Actually, you're talking to someone else with this post, and I was never really defending irc, just pointing out one alternate solution out of many and how much of a fag you are for using a private tracker for e-peen
Or keep bragging about how you downloaded air like anyone else gives a shit. No on really cares. Also wheelchair bitch dies
>seed a torrent
>the reward is being able to torrent anything you wish, which is made possible by other users being forced to seed
You can't get this from a site where most torrents have 10 leechers and 0 seeders. It's impossible. If you really think there's no difference in usability between a torrent that is protected and accessible, and torrent that is exploited and left to rot, you've got brain issues.
>If the content is hot enough I'd also get 10TB upload in 24 hours from nothing.
I doubt it.
I never understand how people can be so mad to intentionally spoil something regardless of the content that was spoiled. It just seems so inhumane. I can't help but pity people like you. All I know is that it's against the rules and if the janitor pays attention that shouldn't go unpunished. In all means I've already finished the VN. There's no alternative solution pointed out by you at all either. You're just butting into a conversation without having any clue what it is that's being said.
All my individual torrents are sitting at around 0.3 ratio, but my total ratio is quite high thanks to using all my yen on upload credit.
Am I fucked?
It's only inaccessible to retards who aren't going to preserve the torrent by seeding it. I bet you're the kind of person who borrows something and returns it in worse condition than when you took it. I can understand getting upset that you would need to wait for an opening or beg for an invite, but being mad about having to seed a torrent proves that you're just a blight on the community.
It also was "fine" for Nyaa. As long as you weren't looking for something that was uploaded a long time ago, there were always seeds on anything that was relevant. However, the opposite system is intended to curate torrents to prevent even the oldest torrents from being trampled into the dirt by leechers. Seeding a torrent isn't going to kill you, anon.
I also used spoiler tags, so there's nothing to punish. Pity me if you want, but if you read the vn, you aren't the dickbag that made a big deal about downloading the anime on a private tracker.
Or you are and are trying to make some smug troll Still no one really cares I mean really, no one cares No really, nobody cares about any of this, even the ending from air was 12 years ago
You privatefags have forgotten the entire point of filesharing in the first place. Leechers are not your fucking enemies. They are the entire reason you're seeding in the first place. Seeding a torrent on a private tracker is like torrent masturbation. Who are you seeding that torrent for? Nobody but yourself so you can gain little fagpoints from the tracker, because nobody can actually download the file.

I definitely agree, public trackers are much more useful to the majority and have been proven to work. However, they only work as long as there are seeds, and private trackers that force seeding are obviously stronger in that regard.
>Private tracker for those extremely hard to find releases
>Public tracker for everything else
It's not rocket science.
That's not really the point of private trackers. They're not designed to be depended on like Nyaa or similar free leech trackers. They're there to preserve files so anybody can access them, even if the site gets shut down like Nyaa did.
Well I liked my rss feeds. Too bad its gone now but I guess a new site will offer all the features sooner or later.
>DJT removed from /a/
>Source of untranslated easily downloadable content in the form of nyaa removed
Jews won't let us learn japanese.
>They're there to preserve files so anybody can access them
This is exactly what private trackers are NOT. They're designed to game torrents and restrict access so nobody can download them.
>tfw on AB to get any rarez off it and share them
I don't give a fuck.
>However, they only work as long as there are seeds, and private trackers that force seeding are obviously stronger in that regard.
That's a technical problem tough, bittorrent was never designed for prolonged sharing, a shared folder approach would be better.
The only solution would be preventing bittorrent from being created.
This desu. There will always be another torrent, another usenet, limewire, bot, mega, etc. But I'm still sad to see neregate go despite there being several other options
I never even joined in the watching/not watching threads, but it was always a solid source of information you could glance at and decide if you were going to give a show a chance
there's no problem for airing shows or new shows. It just hurts to lose so much old stuff. I already had a hard enough time finding, for example, Mononoke in decent quality.
Sure you can still find stuff, especially if you go to private trackers, but losing variety hurts anyway.
Agreed that Kickass was a much bigger blow though.
>Leechers are not your fucking enemies
Private trackers exist to find obscure content and give people the incentive to upload better content than what's already avaible. Not to download the latest HS rips.
>nothing to punish
You're just a sad individual. You intentionally tried to spoil ergo you broke the rules. Again what kind of logic is
>I didn't break the rules so it's okay
Literal immigrant logic thereo
it's been like that for over a year already.
the only thread on /a/ that is accebtable to make these days is a general thread for an anime with the anime title in the subject field. that, or a generic waifu thread.
if you post any other threads, you'll get 404'd on sight.
and dare you post a thread that even remotely resembles something fun or humour (the mods hate this the most): you will get range banned for half a year (happened to me 3 times already)
