Will Miura die before he can finish Berserk? What will happen to the manga?
To be honest this is my greatest fear.

Maybe he'll end up like Robert Jordan
He'll die and leave his series to be concluded by another author who does a better job (plus no more hiatus)

That would be a blessing, then someone else might pick it up and won't fuck around with idolm@ster and release chapters unlike this hack.

Berserk novel when? It would be easier to conclude the story.

Don't worry we will have anime "Beserk 2017" "Berserk 2018 ....Berserk 2055"
>>156746698
2055 will probably be Golden Age remake again

No. Most common causes of death for mangaka are overworking and Japanese Colds from going outside.
Miura just plays Idolm@ster all day. He'll live forever.

hes not that old

He's not that fast

The ending was well handled for The Wheel, I just wish there was more material or Sanderson took some liberties to create an epilogue. Still it was 100× better than the Dune ending and satisfying none the less, also Wheel of Time manga/anime when.

Berserk 2018 would have to adapt the arc we're still on in the manga. So unless Miura picks it the fuck up, I wouldn't expect a third season so soon.
The question is if it continues like it is will it still be worth reading? I don't think i can be bothered (i might just forget to read it) to slog through 10 chapters of finding cascas shards interspersed by months and months of hiatuses.
Togashi is in the same boat. I want the damn dark continent arc already.

that wouldnt be a bad idea. Berserk has been around for so long there has to be enough theories floating around to create a well rounded store without Miura.

I don't know, but story has certainly picked up the pace compared to what Fantasia arc has been for so many years stuck on the boat. Like, we're actually getting somewhere with Casca and Guts.
When he finishes in ten years, you are going to be embarrassed you ever made this post.

>ten years
you wish it would be that fast
