Since Aqua gets so much singing parts in the OPs and EDs, I expected hers to be best. Darkness probably has the best voice overall, but Megumin does this cute little thing with her voice when the notes go out of range like at 2:05 that really sold it for me.

Darkness. Megumin version is a good bit of voice acting for her character, but I prefer Darkness' VA as a vocalist. Aqua is last.
